Environmental justice derives from the ethical concern for environmental issues. The essence of environmental justice is the reasonable burden and distribution of environmental responsibility and ecological benefits. It can be said that it is an extension and breakthrough of the concept of social justice. In traditional concepts of justice, both procedural justice and substantive justice emphasize fairness and fairness. However,it pays more attention to the fairness and fairness of the individual rather than the humanity as a whole, and it is the fairness and justice of the fairness between human beings and not the human beings and other beings. The research on the basic problems of ethics of environmental justice will help us to deeply understand the cornerstones of the relationship between moral emotions and ethics established in environmental justice, thus providing ethical support for the establishment of the concept of environmental justice and paving the moral channel for the conduct of environmental justice. The paper is divided into five parts: The first part is "Introduction",which mainly introduces the research background, research status at home and abroad, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, research possible innovations and so on.The second part is “ environmental justice and its ethical tentacles ”.Starting from the rise of the environmental justice movement,it defines the basic connotations of environmental justice, elaborates the internal relationship between environmental justice and ethics, and defines the main content of environmental justice; The consideration of environmental justice ethics appeals is analyzed through environmental good, environmental evils, and environmental responsibility. The third part is "the analysis of the ethical basis of environmental justice." The basic ethic of environmental justice can be analyzed from two perspectives: meta-ethics and normative ethics: The meta-ethics category aims to demonstrate that non-human-centered environmental justice has an ethical perspective.Legitimacy;normative ethic expectation establishes a moral value basis and standard of conduct in order to guide its own behavioral patterns with the established norms;the ethical foundation of environmental justice is based on the principle of sympathy and the principle of contract,in which the principle of empathy emphasizes as long as The actor's feelings of pain and related sympathies should all be valued by the ethic;Rawls' s “the curtain of ignorance” methodology provides a way to explore the ethical principles of environmental justice. The fourth part is “Basic ethical guidelines for environmental justice ”.The basic ethical guidelines for environmental justice can be summarized as fairness criteria, equivalence between responsibilities and obligations, and overall interest criteria.Among them, the equity criteria emphasize the need to achieve environmental justice from the perspective of inter-generational,intergenerational,and intra-generational issues on the issue of equality of environmental interests.Responsibility and Obligation The principle of reciprocity clarifies the basic rights and obligations that everyone should have from the perspectives of complete equality and proportional equality. The overall interest criterion starts from the overall harmony of the ecosystem and the long-term development of mankind, and seeks opportunities for people to live in harmony with nature. The fifth part is “The Ethical Expression of Environmental Justice”.Different ethical aspirations and ethical responsibilities presented by different social interest subjects onthe issue of environmental justice are different, and the environmental justice theory is implemented in people's social life and daily behaviors. The ecological environment crisis faced by mankind and the comprehensive construction of harmonious environment between man and nature have practical value.
