Ethical Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Artificial Intelligence

In the late 1950 s,there was a concept appearing,which was the artificial intelligence.The rising of the artificial intelligence made human brain not the only intelligent agent any more and its development changed social productivity and the way people think.People's essential strength is becoming stronger under the guidance of artificial intelligence.According to the requirements of ethic moral standards,individuals should fulfill corresponding obligations such as love and understanding when they enjoy the equal rights to pursuit happiness.Despite the fact that the artificial intelligence liberated the human inteligence,as we known,it like a sword.Many moral issues appear when develop the artificial intelligence.For example,artificial intelligence in the lack of ethics so as to make it into the ethical dilemma,showing a lot of ethical flaws,and if not managed,artificial intelligence as the moral main body,its ethics forms will be devastation everywhere.We look at these issues from the perspective of engineering ethics,will find that if you want to find a way to make training engineering community to establish ethics responsibility awareness.Artificial intelligence emerged when human intelligence developed to its peak,which endows people abundant achievements on its own intelligent development.Thus,when dealing with the relationship between artificial intelligence and human relations,we should get rid of “harmony”so as to reallize the harmonious coexistence of human and artificial intelligence.This paper intends to analyze artificial intelligence from the perspective of ethics with the help of the methods of engineering ethics to solve the problem which artificial intelligence is confronting with or will encounter,all in all,to promote the harmonious development of artificial intelligence and human society.This paper is divided into the following parts:First of all,the introduction mainly expounds research enterprise ecological moral responsibility,significance,the purpose of the review,technical route and innovation point,etc.The second chapter introduces what is artificial intelligence,including advances the concept of artificial intelligence,artificial intelligence development history,artificial intelligence research field,artificial intelligence technology progress so far,strong artificial intelligence and weak artificial intelligence,which focuses on the strong artificial intelligence and weak artificial intelligence concepts.In the third chapter,the moral hazard caused by artificial intelligence is described,including human rights risk,social risk,economic risk,security risk,and so on.In the fourth chapter,the reasons of ethics risk are analyzed from the perspective of ethics.This paper summarizes four reasons,including the deep change of artificial intelligence to the society,the lack of artificial intelligence ethics consciousness,the lack of ethics in the development of artificial intelligence,the lag of laws and regulations.In the fifth chapter,we put forward a way to deal with the risk of artificial intelligence,this paper think that we should be able to deal with the moral hazard from ethics,morality,law,coordination of artificial intelligence and human beings.
