The Value Non-neutrality Of Artificial Intelligence And Countermeasure

Artificial intelligence has changed the way of life and production of contemporary people.The development and application of artificial intelligence technology has become an important indicator of the development of a country.However,the sudden technological revolution brings not only dividends,but also unprecedented crises and challenges.The frequent occurrence of negative events such as "big data price discrimination","artificial intelligence infringement","algorithm discrimination" has led to people's doubts about the value neutrality of artificial intelligence.There is controversy about whether artificial intelligence is technology neutral.In the past decade,there have been a large number of researches on the prejudice and discrimination caused by the application of artificial intelligence technology at home and abroad,but the research on the non-neutrality of the internal logic of artificial intelligence technology is rarely involved.This paper intends to analyze the value non-neutral nature of artificial intelligence by means of natural science from the value issues concerned in the field of humanities and social sciences.Therefore,this paper not only discusses the value non-neutrality of artificial intelligence at the conceptual level,but also rarely goes deep into the internal logic level of its algorithm.So as to clarify the root causes behind the discrimination and prejudice of artificial intelligence,and provide guidance for policy-making or relevant practitioners to avoid prejudice.Specifically:The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper;summarizes the latest progress,important scholars and key articles of the research on the value non-neutrality of artificial intelligence at home and abroad through literature research;determines the research methods,focuses and innovations of this paper according to the characteristics of the research content;finally,draws the content framework of the paper according to the content of this paper.In the second chapter,the important concepts such as "artificial intelligence","machine learning" and "value non-neutrality" are clarified and defined.The third chapter first expounds the ethical dilemmas and social contradictions caused by the value non-neutrality of artificial intelligence,and then analyzes the source of the value non-neutrality nature of artificial intelligence from three perspectives:data,algorithm and application.In the fourth chapter,the author first gives the corresponding suggestions to the non-neutral sources of the value of artificial intelligence proposed in the third chapter,and then further analyzes the case of "intelligent medical treatment".The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.First of all,the background and significance of this study are traced back;secondly,the problems and main conclusions of this paper are discussed;finally,the conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the shortcomings of this study are pointed out and the future research of this topic is prospected.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The research progress of value non-neutrality of artificial intelligence is summarized;2.The inevitability of value non-neutrality of artificial intelligence is explained from perspectives of data bias,algorithm discrimination and bias reinforcement in application;3.In view of the sources of the value non-neutral of artificial intelligence proposed in this paper,the author gives some positive suggestions,and provides the research direction and methodology reference for the future research in this field.The topic of this paper is novel,important and necessary.At the same time,in terms of methodology,the problems in the field of humanities and social sciences are studied and solved by means of knowledge and methods in the field of natural science.Therefore,this study not only gives a rigorous analysis and reliable conclusion on the specific topic "the value non-neutrality of artificial intelligence",but also plays a good exemplary role in methodology.
