Research On Guiyang Power Plant(1927-1949)

In 1927,Guiyang Electric Department,the predecessor of Guiyang Power Plant,was established in Guizhou,where industry and agriculture were backward.In July 1935,the Kuomintang forces entered Guizhou,ending the situation of warlord separation in Guizhou,and the Guiyang Electric Department changed its name to Guiyang Electric light Factory of Guizhou Province Construction Department.Fully implement independent management.With the full-scale outbreak of the anti-Japanese war,the National Government strengthened the construction of the electric power industry in the rear area from the strategy of building the rear area to support the protracted war of resistance.The Resource Committee increased the capital of Guiyang Power Plant and transformed it into one of many public enterprises in wartime,which has a great influence on the modernization of the rear area,including Guizhou.During the Liberation War,Guiyang Power Plant was one of the six power plants with no power failure during the regime change in the whole country,which consolidated the industrial foundation of the new regime,provided a model for the economic construction of southwest areas such as Guizhou,and provided a model for the sustained effectiveness of the new China.The article combed the establishment and development history of the Guiyang Power Plant according to the related archives and literatures during the the Republic of China,especially examined its internal management and production realities,and which paid attention to the experiences and lesson.The article is divided into six parts.The introduction introduced the origin of research and research status in home and abroad,and highlighted its research value and significance on the basis of it.The second part combed the establishment and phased development on Guiyang Power Plant during the period of the Republic of China;The third part explored the actual state of production on the Guiyang Power Plant during the Republic of China;The fourth part focuses on exploring the exploration and practice on the Guiyang Power Plant's corporate system,which is conducive to revealing the true face of the public economy of the Republic of China.The fifth part discussed the special historical contribution of the Guiyang Power Plant which established and developed under the social environment of the Republic of China.The last part of the article combed the influencing limited development factors and its era on Guiyang Power Plant during the Republic of China.The article fully explained the experience and profound lessons in the construction,production,and system aspects of the Republic of China public enterprises represented by the Guiyang Power Plant in its operations,which is sufficient for future generations through the research on the Guiyang Power Plant.
