Yu Hua is undoubtedly one of talented writters with distinctive personality,different style,and unique charm in the Chinese contemporary literary and even in the world literature.He has attracted the attention of many readers and critics with his unique style of literary creation.However,after reading a large number of research works and literature,the author found that the "body",the core of Yu Hua's literary creation,has not been fully explored.As a complex carrier,the "body" is an organic combination of physical and mental,bearing the humane care of social history.Novels of attention to the "body" is obvious,violence,death,desire,suffering and destiny,have a direct effect on the body,begin with the body and end up with the body.He uses almost cruel description techniques to make a lot of description of the material properties of the body and its encounter and possibility in the process of socialization.In the history of contemporary literature,it is different from the traditional writing which from an ideological point of view or the carnival-style body writing in the new period.This kind of modern body narrative writes cultural,social,and ethical aspects and focuses on the possibility and limitation of the physicality of the “body” which from material body perspective.From this point of view,the author explores the connotation and artistic technique of the "body" narrative in Yu Hua's works.Yu Hua's pursuit of avant-garde and his creative style profoundly influenced his body narrative,making it present multidimensional and diverse features.It is embodied in the process from physical nature to being conceptualized of the body that is endowed with too much value and too many meanings by various concepts and ideologies.The body is split and fission continues in the continuation of life.The complex emotion and life experience contained in the split pluralistic form of body is reconstructed by Yu Hua's modern discourse in which various elements interacted with each other.At the same time,within the works,whether it is the internal tension perceived from an objective diversified perspective,or the disorderly juxtaposition of space-time fragmentation structures,all convey the “no-owner” life paradigm and the existence parable of “the death of man”.No matter what extreme situation people are in,they can't get rid of the destiny of wandering in landless.It is worth noting that when Yu Hua's radicalized physical imagination becomes closer to the present,it gradually shows the confusion of aesthetic distance control,then where does the body narrative go? Based on this,I explore the body narrative and its literary significance in Yu Hua's novels.
