In recent years,art works are attracting the attention of the public with its full swing in the art market.However,more people often just look coldly on the sidelines,mainly because of the lack of legal knowledge of art practitioners and the loose laws and regulations leading to endless cases of infringement.In addition,domestic academic circles are still light on the study of art laws,and there are staff shortages.All of these reasons make it a difficult issue in the world,let alone special case studies of art works.In this regard,this paper selects“Tenancy Institute” which has typical influence of the art and the legal community as the research object.I will try my best to analyze based on the context of the history of modern Chinese fine art and embezzlement of art theories,and strive to use my own shallow view in it to provide a typical and referential case for the issues of artistic law that our country's fine art works facing at the moment.The preface of this paper puts forward the necessity and urgency in thesis research.It mainly introduces and analyzes the art law at home and abroad in research status,research methods and research significance as well as the research reasons.The first chapter of the text introduces the creative motivation,progress,and copyright issues involved in the “Rent Collection House”.The second chapter specifically analyzes the copyright ownership between Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and Liu Wencai's estate on "Rent Collection House" In the third chapter,taking “Chartered House” which was recreated under the leader of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts from 1974 to 1978 as an example introduce the copyright issues involved in the creative process and analysis.The fourth chapter is mainly about the issues of the "Rent Collection House" and the misappropriation of art.It analyzes Cai Guoqiang'sVenice Collection House,Li Zhanyang's "Rent-Charter Collection House" and Leng Jun's Oil Painting Collection House to work out under what kind of circumstances that it is reasonable and lawful to embezzle arts.The fifth chapter summarizes of summarizing the previous four chapters.At the same time,it proposes the suggestions on disputes arising from the registration of copyrights by the original author of the “Chartered Collection House” in December 2017,and provides feasible ideas for related copyright issues of fine art works and provides advice for the healthy and orderly development of the art market.
