Research On The Evaluation Of The Copyright Of Domestic Movies

Thanks to the support of the national industrial policy,China's film market has boomed in the past decade,and the number of films,box office and number of moviegoers has increased year by year.From the data released by the National Film Bureau,it can be seen that the box office of domestic movies increased from 10.172 billion RMB in 2010 to 64.266 billion RMB in 2019.However,the difficulty of investing and financing of film projects mainly based on social funds has hindered the long-term development of the film industry.At present,there is no authoritative evaluation agency in China to formulate a scientific and complete film copyright value evaluation system,which cannot provide a reference for film investors.Therefore,this paper combines the income method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to try to provide a new evaluation idea for the evaluation of film copyright value.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research literature on the influencing factors of the box office,this paper selects the six influencing factors of director,actor,script,schedule,sequel or IP,and distribution company as the explanatory variables.Through the statistical analysis and inspection of the film data of a total of 180 films in the top 30 box office rankings of 2014-2019,the box office prediction equation was obtained by regression.With the development of the movie market,the proportion of online copyright income is getting higher and higher,even approaching the box office income.However,data falsification and other problems frequently occur,QIY and You Ku have closed their front-end playback display.Therefore,this article compares and analyzes the online playback of similar videos to estimate the online copyright income of videos.Then reasonably determine the rate of return and duration of film copyright,and calculate the initial evaluation value of film copyright.Comprehensively consider the impact of the film copyright value on the film itself,the market environment,and the legal environment,and establish an evaluation index system.Through 20 experts' evaluation of the importance of each evaluation index,the weight of each evaluation index was calculated using AHP.Finally,combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a correction factor for the initial value of film copyright is obtained.The previous theoretical research was applied to the evaluation practice to evaluate the copyright value of the film "Emergency Rescue".It was found that the revised assessment value had increased by nearly 52 million RMB.Film copyright is a complex evaluation object,and its value has many influencing factors.It is difficult to fully consider the comprehensiveness.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the experience and subjective judgment of experts to some extent makes up for these shortcomings and improves the evaluation results accuracy and credibility.This article has 4 pictures,17 tables and 98 references.
