The Reasearch On Performance Evaluation System Of JS Studio Based On The Balanced Score Card

With the advancement of China's market process,the competition between enterprises has become increasingly hot.In June 2016,the Ministry of industry and information technology officially released "promote the development planning of small and medium enterprises(2016-2020 years)",made clear to the quality and efficiency as the center,to enhance the entrepreneurial innovation ability as the main line,to promote the supply side structural reform,optimize the development environment,the guiding ideology to promote the development of smes.Under the precondition of increasingly fierce market competition,small and medium-sized enterprises are smaller than large enterprises because of their small amount of body and risk bearing capacity.If we want to overcome our resistance and improve our comprehensive competitiveness in the market,we need to have a comprehensive evaluation system of operational effectiveness besides improving absolute technology and solving industrial chain problems in main fields.As a comprehensive and comprehensive performance evaluation system,the performance evaluation method of Balanced Scorecard(BSC)covers four dimensions: finance,customer,process,and learning and growth.This method regards financial dimension as the key point of performance evaluation,and integrates corporate strategic goals into performance evaluation,so that it can measure business performance more comprehensively.In this paper,the JS film city is selected as the research object,and the balanced scorecard is designed to build a performance evaluation system for the strategic target of the JS movie city.This paper summarizes the related literature at home and abroad,and summarized the related theories and evaluation methods of performance evaluation,and taking the JS studios as the research object,analyzes the JS studios business environment and the necessity of performance evaluation,in combination with the JS studios actual life cycle and the specific operating environment and from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,that is finance,customer,internal processes,learning and growth dimensions to establish performance evaluation system,and using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weights for the Balanced Scorecard indicators,to design a set of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system can be applied to the JS studios.Finally,the key points for the implementation of the balanced scorecard are given in order to ensure the availability of the evaluation system.
