The Performance Evaluation Study Of Community Cultural Center Based On Balanced Score Card

The community cultural construction is one of the most important contents of the socialism public cultural service system. As the most important platform of the community cultural exchange, the community cultural center plays a significant role in the spread of community culture. There is of great significance to lead balanced score card (BSC) which is one of most important tools of the performance evaluation and Strategic Management into the performance evaluation of community cultural center. We are trying to build the performance evaluation indicator system of community cultural center. With the help of BSC, we are attempting to give some advices on the performance evaluation of community cultural center and give some reference materials that will be helpful on the performance evaluation of the community cultural construction and public cultural service through social survey that helps us discussing the feasibility of using BSC.
