Based on the previous studies on non-word morphemes and morpheme teaching,this thesis studied 1964 non-word morphemes that composing the 5000 words in HSK6 Vocabulary(2012 edition),analyzed their ability of word-forming,distribution of morphemes in words and their grammatical nature.This thesis also discussed the connection between these characteristics of non-word morphemes.According to the studies,this thesis build the initial framework of non-word morphemes database.In order to study the errors made by students in using non-word morphemes,we searched overthrough the interlanguage corpus made by Ji'nan University,selected error examples in using non-word morphemes.According to the phase in making errors,errors were divided into 2 kinds: errors in word-formation and errors of non-word morphemes being used as word.The errors in word-formation were divided into 5 types: missing,mis-adding,mis-order,misuse and errors in morphemes extraction.Errors of non-word morphemes being used as words were divided into 2 types: Non-word morphemes being used as a word and being used as a phrase.Then,this thesis investigated the causes of different kinds of errors.This thesis analyzed the cause of errors of non-word morphemes in two aspects: The Degree of semantic meaning of morphemes and Associated Morphemes.We found that The Degree of semantic meaning of morphemes had a great influence on mis-adding and missing.Associated Morphemes can easily led to misuse.Morphemes associated by meaning had an influence on misorder and also can led to errors of non-word morphemes being used as words.Finally,the studies on no-word errors would give us some ideas on non-word morphemes teaching in Teaching Chinese as a foreign language.This thesis discussed this from two aspects: Strengthen the cultivation of morpheme consciousness and focus on learner's difference.
