With increasing communications among different countries,“the standard of English teaching for ordinary high school(2017 Edition)” requires the improvement of students' ability to learn and practice,especially the ability of listening and speaking.However,in our country,there are many problems in the traditional way of English listening teaching,which need to be solved urgently.With the development of Computer Technology and Artificial Intelligence,computer assisted English teaching will be both a normal way and a trend.After developing for many years,computer assisted English listening teaching appears to be a lack of timely and appropriate introduction of daily teaching and excessive exaggeration of technology.Especially,computer assisted English listening teaching cannot introduce daily teaching in a timely and appropriate way has attracted the attention of teachers and researchers.Therefore,the research on computer assisted English listening and teaching is significant.In order to solve the problem of using computer assisted listening teaching in a timely way,the research aims to explore the design and implementation of computer assisted high school listening.The following are the introduction of the main works of the research.(1)With the guidance of theory and practice,a computer assisted listening course design is carried out.This course includes the determination of curriculum objectives,the organization of curriculum contents,and the design of curriculum implementation methods.(2)Based on the practical requirements of listening design,a computer-aided English Listening Teaching System(EVOV)is designed in this study.The system can not only serve as an intelligent guidance system for students,but also meet the requirements of students' autonomous learning.It can also be used as an assistant decision-making system for teachers to understand the students' learning situation in a timely way.(3)After studying the implementation conditions,we selected some students in S high school as research subjects,and implemented listening courses in the form of school-based curriculum.(4)After analyzing the effect of the curriculum implementation by questionnaire,interview and physical collection,feasible suggestions on the design of the listening teaching system and the implementation of the listening are put forward according to the results of the analysis.Based on the research above,the following conclusions are drawn accordingly:(1)From teachers and students' evaluation on the curriculum resources,Teachers and students have different views on the design of computer assisted English listening courses.(2)Based on the achievement of the goal of the curriculum and the results of the students' learning,Computerassisted English listening design have significant effects.(3)From the ideas of teachers' and students' implementation of curriculum,there are many factors that affect computer assisted English listening teaching,including teacher's acceptance of technology,the applicability of content for students,the convenience of teachers' implementation and the results of computerasssisited teaching.At last,from the conclusions above,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions in two aspects: the design of computer assisted listening teaching system and the content of computer assisted English listening courses.
