Xihan Zhaodi held the Salt and Iron Conference in the first six years of the Yuan Dynasty. The meeting was mainly a debate on the policy of canceling salt, iron, and alcohol in the court officials of Yinliang, literature and other Confucian scholars and the doctor Sang Hongyang. The "Salt and Iron Theory" was created during the period of the Emperor Xuandi by the South Fujian Provincial Commander Huang Kuan, according to the essay written by some of the meeting's articles and individual scholars who attended the meeting. Therefore, the “Salt and Iron Theory”incorporates more elements of personality and wideness. It can also be expressed in the “Salt and Iron Theory,” which does not appear as a faithful recorder, but with the virtue of harmony. The same position of literature is used to look at this conference, such as the appearances of the doctor's embarrassing state, the special arrangement of the writing structure, the praises of virtuous people, the literature, and the criticism of the doctor. Therefore, the "Salt and Iron Theory" is not a record of historical facts, but is a literary-colored Western Han political paper. This article is based on this point, from the literary perspective to analyze the text of "Salt and Iron".This article is divided into six parts. The introduction part is the current research status of "The Salt and Iron",especially literariness, and the significance of this article. The specific content is divided into five chapters:The first chapter, starting from two backgrounds, explores the political and cultural factors behind the completion of the "Stone and Iron Theory." The first is the background of the salt and iron conference. The salt-iron conference is not only a discussion of the Wudi policy but also implies political struggle. The second is the background of the book “The Salt and Iron”,which is the cultural and ideological policy during the period of Xuan Di.From the political, ideological and cultural backgrounds, the criticism of Sang Hongyang and others in The Salt and Iron Studiesis not only focused on the salt and iron policy, but also has the intention of promoting the Confucian doctrine, which has a great impact on the literary characteristics of the“Salt and Iron theory”.The second chapter, starting from style,is mainly divided into three parts. The first is to discuss the characteristics of the literary style of "Theory of Salt and Iron" which consists of the characteristics of the argumentative texts from the later generations, and the characteristics of "The Salt and Iron Theory" as a political essay. The second is to trace the inheritance of the theory of "Salt and Iron" as the "theory" for the pre-Qin discourse, and to compare it with the pre-Qin discourse. The third is to analyze the characteristics of the "confidential body" contained in the "Salt and Iron Theory",especially the "Disperse Insufficiency",mainly starting from the form of "Disperse Insufficiency",although the beginning and the beginning of the condom are not the same, but the form height of the appearance The similarities are in line with the formal characteristics of "Continuous Success" and the specific content also has dialectical logical characteristics. The third chapter begins with the literary concept of Zong Jing Zheng Sheng embodied in The Salt and Iron Theory. The completion of the "Salt and Iron Theory" is an important period in which the Confucian ideology of the Han Dynasty became more orthodox, and one of the participants had a Confucian identity.Mainly through the introduction of books and reference to the Confucian allusions and the two sides to the Confucian allusions to analyze the attitude. At the same time, through the analysis of the contradictory attitudes between the Confucian classics and the Confucian scholars,Gong Qingfu's attitude towards the quality of the early Han Dynasty can be seen that although Han Wudi and Xuandi worshipped Confucian classics, the magistrates such as Gonggong doctors only used Confucian classics to deal with the affairs of the world. The tools did not completely convince the Confucian sages. It was a manifestation of the "sublimation of Confucianism." At the same time, the transformation of the political papers of the Han Dynasty was analyzed through the influence of the study of the Confucian school. That is to say, from the excitement of the early Han Dynasty to the profundity of the Confucian classics,it is of great significance to the development of the political thesis. The fourth chapter discusses the art of argumentation embodied in the "Theory of Salt and Iron".The writing mode of "Salt and Iron" is a dialogic argument. This is also a major feature of the "Salt and Iron Theory" The author of "Salt and Iron" isobviously biased toward the virtues and literature. Therefore, the debate in the text can clearly feel that virtuousness and literature occupy the initiative. This is also the embodiment of the author's personal factors. Therefore, the analysis of the virtues and arts of literary argumentation can be seen as the embodiment of the art of personal argumentation and structural arrangement of Huan Kuan.It is mainly a comparison of the different forms of arguments between Yan Liang, literature and the public officials to highlight the merits of philosophical and literary skills. The first is the mode of argument, which is the absolute opposition of a viewpoint. It is neither black nor white. The second is the analysis of the unique argumentative skills of literature.Instead of answering the questions of Gongqing doctors in a positive way, they are quoting the evidence, reconstructing the arguments, and throwing the question back to the doctor.Chapter V analyzes the author's intention of creation in the context of the Great Unification of the Western Han Dynasty. The focus is on the "one-on-one" method. The grand unification encompasses political and ideological unity.Politically,it embodies the spirit of accomplishment.Whether it is the literature, virtuousness,or the doctors of the public or the author Huan Kuan, they all want to actively participate in the construction of the Han Dynasty. The great unification of thought is manifested in the tendency of Confucianism to become one,and Huan Kuan is also a Confucian scholar. He also strongly agrees with the virtues and literature in the article. This book is also to a certain extent promoted the idea of ruling the country by Confucianism, that is,for the sake of thinking.Uniform efforts. At the same time,it is also expressed in the form of a major unified system, mainly reflected in the formal format of the text.
