Study On The Poetics Of Sun Huifen's Novels From The Perspective Of Space

Sun Huifen,as a representative of the rural writer,takes the life experience between urban and rural areas as the narrative material,and writes about a quiet and peaceful country,deep and heavy land,plain and original country characterised by her unique life experience and the unique peace and delicacy of female,thus she displays the cross section of rural area,the blending of regional culture,the penetration of the context of the times,the excavation of historical orientation,the reproduction and succession of characters,and the reflection of the local modernity,which has made her rural world become a plump,three-dimensional,dynamic and unique corner.As the daughter grows up on the black land of rural areas in southern Liaoning Province,she describes the land that nourishes herself affectionately,and meticulously depicts the figures with both the flavor of the countryside and the persistent belief in life.In Sun Huifen's works,"space" is one of the most important concepts,which provides the narrative background for the characters and events.From the angle of space,this paper will focus on the works,such as “Shangtang Shu”“Xiema Mountain Villa”“Two Women in Xiema Mountain Villa”“Migrant workers”“the Carriage of Jikuan”“the Religion of Street and Road” and “Between Urban and Rural Areas”.This paper attempts to probe into the spatial poetics presented by Sun Huifen's novels and to jump out of the text to explore the spatial cultural imagination embodied in the novels in a broader historical background.So far,few research involves in the space in the works by Sun Fuifen.Yet,study on her novels from the view of the space not only registers great literary significance to deepen and enrich the case study on her works,but the “Xiema Mountain Villa” she constructed in southern Liaoning Province also enrich the rural world of contemporary Chinese literature along with other space.The main body of the paper figures out the transition of literature research from time to space first,and then discusses the spatiality of Sun's novels against such background,combined with the spatial poetics of Gaston Bachelard;On the basis of the first part,the paper illustrates Sun's poetics backed on her novels from two dimensions,the second part is to focus on the text,with the specific study and analysis of Sun Huifen's novels from the macro geographical space,the social space of relationship construction to the micro-space of the space of poetics,and its manifestation;In the last part,this paper is trying to jump out of the text itself and look at the cultural practice.Sun Huifen's novels is the existence in the context of modernization in China,she wants to investigate human living condition and the meanings of life in the space.What this paper studies is the spatial cultural imagination embodied in the works.This paper focuses on the spatial displacement of "body travel",the painful experience of "identity anxiety" and the spiritual redemption of "spiritual conversion".The conclusion mainly expounds the uniqueness and value of Sun Huifen's creations,and the thoughts and idea of the author left to us in the context of a new era.
