The report of the 19 th National Congress explicitly pointed out that we must vigorously develop the culture of Chinese characteristic's socialism,stimulate the vitality of cultural creation and innovation,building a powerful socialist country.It also indicated that it needs to promote the development of cultural industries,deepen the reform of the cultural system,improve its management system.And establish a mechanism that combines social benefits,social benefits,and economic benefits.This will also encourage and support the development of cultural industry,and also shows the state attaches importance to the cultural industry.The traditional culture of ethnic minorities can be described as a highlight in Chinese culture.It makes Chinese culture rich,colorful,mysterious and intimate.Developing ethnic minority cultures is a necessary way to protect the development of ethnic minority cultures.Moreover,building a strong socialist cultural country is also an important measure to the culturally prosperous.The development of cultural industry is one of the important ways to protect and develop the culture of ethnic minorities.By innovation the culture of ethnic minorities,it is going to letting local people receive spiritual satisfaction.At the same time,let the minority culture go out of the original region,so that ethnic minority culture can be protected and passed.And more people will understand Ethnic minority culture.It can also let the outside world know that Chinese culture is extensive and profound.What's more,developing ethnic minority cultural industry can bring certain economic benefits.It can promote the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas.This article,through the understanding and studying of the minority cultural industry,takes the DB County of Guangxi as an example,goes deep into the field investigation in DB County,analyzes the data of collected cultural industry and the elements of interviews with the local people,summarizes the problems and causes in the development of the ethnic minority culture industry in DB County,and want to solve dilemma of the current minority cultural industry.The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the minority cultural industry will provide a theoretical basis for the development of the minority cultural industry and the promotion and transmission of the minority culture in China.There are three aspects in the following aspects:First of all,the significance of minority cultural industry and the development of minority cultural industry is analyzed.The first part of this chapter,through a profound interpretation of cultural products and cultural industries,clarifies the cultural industry of ethnic minority cultural industries,including the traditional culture of ethnic minorities,and also characteristics and connotations of the minority's cultural industry.We should pay attention to the development of the cultural characteristics and connotation of ethnic minorities,so that the culture of ethnic minorities can be inherited and carried forward.The second part of this chapter mainly explains the significance of developing ethnic minority culture industry: it is beneficial to promote the economic and social development of ethnic minority areas,stimulate cultural identity and cultural integration,protect the cultural security of ethnic minorities,and facilitate the inheritance of ethnic minorities' culture,develop the soft strength of Chinese culture.so that we can promote the realization of Chinese Dream.On the other hand,through the analysis of the ethnic minority culture industry on DB County,despite the support of national and local governments and do some work,but in many ways,there is still a shortage.And the main problems include: overstress the traditional values of culture while ignore the economic and social values of culture,emphasizes the presents of culture while neglect its development and extension,focus on the government managements while overlook people' participatory governance,highlight the cultural importing while forget its exporting.All above problems are urgently needed to be addressed.Hoverer,the relative reasons could be: single managing mode,few excellent talents,lack of innovation,unfinished culture industrial mechanism,no relevant policies and laws to protect and restrict,no incentive system to promote,the impact of foreign culture and so on.In the end,by the problems in the development of ethnic minority culture industry,sums up the theoretical experience and put forward the countermeasures.Firstly,promote the establishment of multi-managing mode.Secondly,speed up the culture property.Thirdly,increase the input of policy funds with cultivating and importing professional talents.Finally,take full advantage of new media,internet plus and more kinds of medium to advertise national culture.
