symbol of a country’s competitiveness.Developed cultural industry can not only create huge economic value,but also bring huge cultural impact and long-term social benefits,which is the focus of theoretical and practical research at home and abroad.The western developed countries rely on the cultural industry to export culture and obtain huge profits,and firmly grasp the right to speak in economy and ideology;in China,with the deepening of cultural system reform,the cultural industry has become an important development support for the strategy of cultural power.Although the development of the cultural industry has achieved initial results,there has been a problem of unbalanced development between regions,which is unfair and not only reflected now in the East and West,urban and rural areas,but also in ethnic minority areas.Therefore,in accordance with the requirements of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the scientific outlook on development,cultural industry in ethnic minority areas can be further developed and excavated to promote the development of culture in ethnic minority areas,so as to promote the modernization and internationalization of Chinese cultural communication.From the perspective of literature and art,cultural industry,communication and aesthetics,this paper introduces the theories of public opinion leaders,audience,aesthetics,cultural discount and cultural capital,and studies and discusses the development of cultural industry in minority areas represented by Guilin through case analysis.This paper summarizes the development situation,innovative elements and existing problems of Guilin cultural performance,and analyzes the specific problems.Taking Guilin,a city inhabited by ethnic minorities,as the starting point,this paper obtains the optimization and promotion strategies of cultural industry in ethnic minority areas,so as to achieve the research purpose of combining theory with practice and promoting the cultural communication and prosperity in ethnic minority areas.The first part of the article mainly discusses the advantages of Guilin cultural performance,such as rich historical and cultural resources,high-quality ethnic culture IP,the superposition effect of star artists and official support for night economy.It combs three stages of development of Guilin cultural performance industry,and thus includes the typical development mode of Guilin cultural performance: landscape real scene,theme park and theater theater.The second part discusses the innovation elements of Guilin cultural performance.Guilin is a city inhabited by ethnic minorities,and it is distributed over 20 ethnic groups,including Zhuang,Hui,Miao,Yao and Dong.The development of cultural performance industry has not only the advantages of resource dispersion,but also rich resources.It is worth pondering how to develop its strengths and avoid short points and cope with the impact of global cultural wave.Innovation is the soul of national progress and the inexhaustible power of cultural development.Guilin,in order to break the deadlock of cultural performance,has integrated digital technology,immersion atmosphere,local symbols and ecological concepts,helped the development of cultural performance industry,initially formed Guilin’s "cultural business" mode to develop minority culture and cultural industry.However,this cultural business model also exposed some problems in the development of minority cultural performance.The third part,aiming at the typical model of Guilin cultural performance,puts forward the problems of not deep cultural heritage mining,cultural discount not subdivided audience,originality and cultural productivity.The last part is to keep up with the problems pointed out in the previous article,and give the optimization and promotion strategy of Guilin cultural performance industry in the future.On the one hand,it can clear the obstacles for its further development,on the other hand,it can provide reference for other minority areas to develop local cultural industry and spread the cultural process of ethnic minorities,so as to avoid it.Minority culture is an important part of Chinese culture.Promoting the progress of minority cultural industry is an important measure to develop minority culture,and an important measure to develop cultural industry and improve ethnic cultural creativity,soft power and international competitiveness.Only by vigorously innovating,combining the minority culture with the contemporary aesthetic,keeping pace with the times,constantly enriching its connotation,endowing it with the spirit of the times,and creating strange and different experiences,can we gradually establish the cultural identity and cultural confidence in the minority areas,so that the minority culture can be widely spread and accepted.The research based on the practice of cultural industry of ethnic minorities can enrich the development of cultural industry theory.The introduction of the perspective of communication and aesthetics breaks the original thinking of cultural industry research,which
