The postgraduate students majored in Master of Teaching Chinese to speakers of Other Languages are the subjects of the research.On the basis of summarizing the definition,value,dimensions,influencing factors and culture methods of teaching reflective ability,firstly,the current situation of novice Chinese teachers' teaching reflection is investigated through questionnaires,and further demonstrated the authenticity and reasons of the investigations through interviews.The author draws the following conclusions:(1)Novice Chinese teachers overall teaching reflective ability in general,need to further enhance and guide;(2)Novice Chinese teachers in the horizontal reflective ability than in the vertical reflective ability,need to balance and jointly promote the improvement of teaching reflective ability;(3)Novice Chinese teachers have some understanding of teaching reflection,but the understanding is at a relatively low level;(4)Novice Chinese teachers to reflect on the more centralized and simple way,need to further improve;(5)The factors influencing the teaching reflective ability of novice Chinese teachers are complex and need to seek specific suggestions and methods for improvement.After that,basis the investigation,the author put forward several feasible suggestions from both internal and external aspects,from the internal promotion methods are:(1)to strengthen the relevant theory Learn and master the strategies and methods of teaching reflection;(2)improve the corresponding language skills;(3)maintain the perseverance of teaching reflection.The ways to improve from the outside include;(4)Fostering and training units should strengthen education and guidance;(5)Management units should strengthen supervision and create a good atmosphere for reflection.Finally,Through further innovation the author combined with the application of the current popular applets,in order to improve the teaching reflective ability of novice Chinese teachers,initial design a scheme for novice Chinese teachers,and hoping to be opened and used.
