"The Belt and Road national strategy" provides a historic opportunity for the revival of tea culture and the tea industry,it makes tea and tea culture truly become a bridge and tie along "The Belt and Road" region,but also promote the development of ceramic tea industry.The traditional design and modeling of tea set in traditional ceramic tea sets are old and simple.The former researchers have not set up a systematic design method and process for the design of ceramic tea sets.These factors affect the healthy development of the ceramic tea industy.With the coming of the age of perceptual consumption,the form image conveyed by the appearance of the ceramic tea sets directly affects the users' perception of the ceramic tea sets,and has become the key factor for people to buy the ceramic tea sets.This paper,based on the perceptual image theory,uses a qualitative and quantitative method to study the quantitative relationship between the perceptual image of the user and the morphological elements of the ceramic tea sets.For the convenience of research,through the example demonstration and the questionnaire survey method,the tea pot was proved to be the main body of tea set,so the teapot was used as the main research object to carry out the perceptual image experiment.First,the morphological features of the teapot were analyzed by the morphological analysis method,and the key factors influencing the key characteristics of the ceramic teapot were summed up.Secondly,the sensory imagery vocabulary and samples related to the ceramic teapot were collected and screened through the network,related magazines and books,and the sensory image experiment was carried out and the factor analysis was used to determine representative image.According to the quantitative I theory,the corresponding relationship between the representative image of each group and the morphological elements of the pottery teapot is established by linear regression analysis,and the corresponding design suggestions are put forward for each group of representative image.Finally,the paper designs three examples of the ceramic tea set with the experimental results,which verifies the correctness of thisconclusion.The corresponding relationship between the perceptual image of the user and the shape design of the pottery teapot was established through the data statistical analysis,then it is quantified.The design proposal was designed according to the relevant representative image,the correctness of the method was verified by the design example,and a set of rules applied to the shape design of the ceramic tea set was set up.It has a certain guiding significance for the shape design of ceramic tea set to explore user preferences.
