The Research Of Party Education In Elementary And Secondary School Of Hebei Province During The Republic Of China(1928-1937)

During the period of the Nanjing Nationalist Government,the Kuomintang achieved nominal unity across the country.Then the National Government began to carry out education reforms in education and implement party education.The organization of party education in the fundamental and secondary schools in Hebei Province consists of government agencies at all levels,party departments and school institutions;the supervisory mechanism is mainly for students,teaching staff,and the Communist Party;the specific implementation in the fundamental and secondary schools is mainly from the school environment,curriculum,training and military training and other aspects began to strive to enable the fundamental and secondary school students to accept the baptism of party education in all aspects under the background of party education.After the September 18th Incident,the Northeast fell and North China was in critical condition.In the Party education,the Kuomintang places more emphasis on national shameful education and pays more attention to military training.Hebei Province spontaneously organized the Anti-Japanese National Salvation Movement.In the course of this process,the Hebei provincial party headquarters and the Kuomintang Central Party Division diverged on the issue of Japan.In the end,under the joint action of internal and external factors,party education in the elementary and secondary schools in Hebei Province faced many difficulties,and their influence gradually declined.The Nanjing National Government have implemented a party-oriented education policy for more than two decades in mainland China,which not only have an important influence on the history of education in the Republic of China,but also have a profound influence on the history of Chinese education.The implementation of party education in primary and secondary schools in Hebei Province has,to a certain extent,demonstrated the intricate conflicts and connections between the party education implemented by the Kuomintang in school education,political rule,and ordinary people.
