At present,OTC drug packaging presents a variety of phenomena,but careful observation will find that the information location is chaotic,which is the free design of the drug manufacturers.The reason is that the guidance and normative requirements of the industry are not perfect,so that the text size and information in OTC drug packaging layout are not easy to be recognized,which is not consistent with the human visual cognition law.As an information carrier for guiding drug use,OTC drug packaging is an important way for consumers to obtain effective information,and the transmission of drug information is related to human life safety.Therefore,in order to ensure the accurate delivery of drug information,it is of great importance to optimize the design of OTC drug packaging layout according to human visual laws and cognitive rules,which not only reflects the humanization of design,but also plays an active role in the management and standardization of drug market.This paper mainly research on OTC drug packaging layout optimization design system is discussed by five parts: the first part of the introduction,based on the research background and the status analysis of non-prescription drugs at home and abroad,indicates that the meaning of OTC drug packaging layout optimization design,the article use the main research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part is from the design theory,this paper analysis based on visual process of format design,information design,and the performance of the OTC medicines packaging layout and its functional,applicability,and on the current layout design analysis of the case.The third part is for OTC drugs packaging page of text,graphics,color three specific information elements analysis and the corresponding readability principle,objective principle,the principle of aesthetics of the three design principles in this paper.The fourth part is to discuss the specific design requirements and the innovation part of OTC product layout optimization.By sorting and sorting OTC drug packaging,optimizing the location of relevant important information content,realizing the optimization of drug packaging layout and explaining the relationship with packaging culture.The fifth part is the design practice of the optimized design of OTC drug packaging layout,and the design of the improved scheme and the demonstration of original design.In this paper,from the visual flow,information design,layout design,standard design,the theory of visual perception,psychology and so on,combined with a large number of OTC drugs packaging case analysis and market research,on the basis of the existing OTC drugs packaging industry standard,optimize the OTC medicines packaging layout.In accordance with the law of people's visual,in aspects such as layout,location information,font specification it puts forward the model of optimization design requirements,make its produce corresponding relationship with the patient demand,make the patients with visual cognitive habit formation,increase the regularity of information,guide people's vision,with practical and feasible method to improve the existing OTC drug packaging layout,effective layout optimization design can make people read more smoothly and the patient is convenient and accurate use of the drug,the more humane,also provide the design for pharmaceutical companies,realize the OTC drugs packaging more scientific and standard.
