Decision-making is a complicated and difficult process and it involves the concept of curriculum standard,real teaching situation,the factors of teachers and students themselves and so on.Thus,In the process of classroom decision-making,senior high school English teachers make different classroom decisions because of various factors and these factors also have some similarities to a certain extent.The purpose of this study is to further explore the senior high school English teachers' class and learn about the real senior high school English class decision-making by class-observation and after-class interview timely.This study combines qualitative research and quantitative research approach together and use the method of multiple case studies,classroom observation,after-class interview and questionnaire survey.The researchers analyzed and discussed the following two questions in this thesis: first,what are the factors that influence senior high school English teachers to make the classroom decision? Second,how do these factors affect senior high school English teachers to make the classroom decision? Thus,the researchers made questionnaire survey of senior highschool English teacher in the studied school and found out the factors which influence them to make classroom decisions.What's more,the researcher also collected the cases materials from daily classroom observation and after-class interview,then analyzed how these factors affect their classroom decision.Finally,the researchers found that senior high school English teachers' classroom decision are influenced by the Senior High School English New Curriculum Standard,teachers' teaching concept,students' needs,the teaching management system of school and the equipment of multiple media in the classroom.These factors are at an intuitive and intuitive aspects affect the senior high school English teachers to make different classroom decisions.Above all,the researchers put forward the following useful suggestion to reduce the negative influence on the process of senior high school English teachers' decision-making.They are: first,strengthening the study of Senior High School English New Curriculum Standard.Second,renewing the senior high school English teachers' teaching concept.Third,paying more attention to the influence of students' needs on the decision-making.Forth,establishing the humanized teaching management system.Last,making a reasonable use of multimedia teaching equipment.
