Study On Protection And Utilisation Of Industrial Heritage In Third-line Constuction Under The Perspective Of Muilt-center Governance

The construction of third-line is the longest and most ambitious industrial system construction and large strategic migration of China’s industrial history,which has changed the process of industrialisation and the urban pattern.As a product of the special era,the industrial heritage left by the three line construction has valuable historical value,social value,scientific and technological value,aesthetic value and so on.It has received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.Under the background of social diversity,the protection and utilisation of the industrial heritage of the three line construction presents a multi centre participation pattern.There is a complex interests relationship around the participants.The protection and utilisation of the multi centre industrial cultural heritage effectively is the key of the protection and utilisation of the three line industrial heritage.Therefore,the factors that restrict and influence the protection and utilisation of the three line industrial heritage are sought and the new route for the construction of industrial heritage protection and utilisation of the three line under the threshold of multi centre governance is explored through the investigation of the typical cases of the construction of industrial heritage in the three line of Yichang around the three line construction of industrial heritage protection and utilisation,thus provides a reference for the protection and utilisation of heritage building industrial for the three line of the local government.,and also contributes to the construction of China’s manufacturing powerhouse.This paper is divided into three parts: introduction,text,discussion and conclusion.There are four chapters in the text part,including the related theories of industrial heritage,the investigation of the construction of industrial heritage in the three line of Yichang,the problems found and the policy proposals.The first chapter,the introduction,mainly introduces the background,significance,research status,research ideas and methods,main contents and innovations.The second chapter expounds the related concepts of industrial heritage,the theory of Multi-Centre governance and the conjunction with industrial heritage.The third chapter reviews the construction of the three line in Yichang,and selects typical cases of protection and utilisation to investigate and analyse.The fourth chapter puts forward the problems currently facing the protection and utilisation of the three line industrial heritage.The fifth chapter,puts forward corresponding policy recommendations,aiming at the current problems in the protection and utilisation of the three line industrial heritage.Based on the above background and reasons,this paper makes an investigation and analysis of the protection and utilisation of the industrial heritage on the three line by using the literature analysis,empirical investigation and comparative analysis.The basic conclusion is that the protection and use of the three line construction industrial heritage are involved in many central subjects,fundamentally changed the protection of the traditional single centre protection from the top to bottom.With the use of the model,the government,the enterprise,the social people all participate in it,and establish a Multi-Centre Industrial Heritage governance structure among the participants.This is of great practical significance to promote the protection and utilisation of the three line of industrial heritage for local governments.
