Research On A Comparative Study Of Peony Culture In Peony Poetry In Tang And Song Dynasties

This study uses the Tang Dynasty poetry analysis system and the whole Song poetry analysis system in the ancient book resource database of the National Library of China and the National Digital Library of China,supplemented by ancient literature materials,and is based on the peony poetry retrieved during the Tang and Song Dynasties.It classifies the creation of Peony’s poems,the distribution of peony garden types,the peony appreciation activities of garden appreciation subjects,and the aesthetic interest of peony appreciation activities.It compares each category with the Tang and Song dynasties,and tries to find out the differences among them.Through analysis of garden plants,stolen goods literature,aesthetic arts,and big data statistics,we can further reveal the changes of the aesthetic style of peony in the Tang and Song dynasties and the gradual flourishing development and inheritance of peony culture from the perspective of peony poetry:During the Tang dynasty,during the period of the early Tang Dynasty,the peony entered the aesthetic field of vision,and the peony culture started.During the Tang Dynasty,the peony was mainly played by the court and the peony culture had the mark of the Tang Dynasty.During the Middle Tang Dynasty,the first time the peony was played.The climax,but also the turning point of the peony culture,the palace peony gradually declines The folk peony began to rise,the development of the peonies in the late Tang period is developing slowly,and the peony culture has a new image.During the Song Dynasty,during the early Northern Song Dynasty,when peony enjoyed a revival,not only when planting was restored and returned to the Tang Dynasty,but also the geographical scale had a breakthrough.In this period,the development of peony culture inherited the past;during the mid-North Song Dynasty,peony enjoyment activities reached its peak,and it was also the period of full maturation and prosperity of peony culture;In the late Northern Song Dynasty,the peony play appreciation activities declined,and the peony culture brewing new elements was further deepened.During the more than 600 years of the Tang and Song dynasties,Peony’s rewarding activities experienced a start,a development,a climax,a middling,a revival,a maturity,and a rest and finally a stable cycle of reincarnation,and the peony culture also followed its maturity and perfection,passing through the Yuan,Ming and Qing dynasties.As an organic part of our current national culture,our current understanding of the connotation of Peony’s imagery and the application of Peony’s culture are all based on the Peony culture formed during the Tang and Song dynasties.The research of this topic provides theoretical support for the construction of the ambience of the peony garden in gardens and the transformation and promotion of the cultural landscape of the peony theme park,and makes the application of the peony culture more scientific and reasonable,and realizes the garden.The rich cultural connotation,with a view to arouse everyone’s attention to the connotation of Chinese traditional garden flowers and plants.At the same time,this study also has certain reference significance for the excavation of cultural connotations of other flower special gardens and the arrangement of related cultural landscapes.
