Study On Public Satisfaction Evaluation Of Public Cultural Service

"Public satisfaction evaluation" has gradually become the focus of public management research,as the current public service evaluation of one of the main ways.From the current situation of public evaluation of public service in our country,China has not established a perfect evaluation method in the public satisfaction evaluation of public cultural service,and there are still some problems in the research of this problem.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of public satisfaction,introduces it into the evaluation of public cultural service in the process of analysis and research,and tries to analyze and study the evaluation of public cultural service in Changsha.Firstly,this paper introduces the research methods,background and meaning of the research,and discusses the related concepts and research status from multiple perspectives,which provides the basis for the research.Secondly,the public satisfaction of public cultural services the relevant theories and methods of the evaluation are discussed and analyzed,which provides the basic theoretical support for the analysis and research of this paper.Thirdly,the public satisfaction evaluation system and the evaluation index system of public cultural service are constructed.In the construction,,Service facilities,activities,cultural needs and other dimensions of the public service on the public service evaluation system of Changsha City,a detailed analysis and research,through mathematical statistics analysis of Changsha public cultural services public satisfaction evaluation the relevant results.The results show that the overall level of public satisfaction of public cultural service system in Changsha is high,and the difference of public cultural service evaluation among different groups is significant,and the expectation of public cultural service satisfaction is still a certain gap.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and hopes that this paper's analysis and research will promote and promote the evaluation of public cultural service in Changsha from the perspective of public satisfaction.
