Exploring A New Perspective On Creative Thinking Of Graphic Design

With the rapid development of information technology today,graphics are everywhere in our lives.The value of modern graphic design is not simply reflected in the expression and record of information,not only limited to decoration and beautification in patterns,but also giving more attributes to the graphic itself.Creativity is the eternal pursuit of designers,and excavation of creative thinking and process is the focus of creative sources.Exploring new creative ways of thinking can help designers find new directions for creativity.This essay discusses the value and design significance of contemporary graphics through the development of graphics,studies the characteristics and sources of creative thinking from the basics of thinking,explores the creative thinking of graphic design combined with the methodology of philosophy,seeks new ways to build creative thinking in design practice,and finally verifies the creative thinking in visual design through experiments.Philosophy is the summary of natural,social and thinking knowledges.It brings enlightenment and wisdom to personal development,while also plays a methodological guiding role in social development in general.By applying philosophical thinking to the creative thinking process,we could conduct macro and intrinsic thinking in the practical process of art design,rather than being limited to a certain part of the problem.The thinking and behavior in design has always been centered on “overall and locality”,“means and ideas”.From this research,we are hoping to find out the better rules of thinking in design,to bring enlightenment to designers,to guide practices in their work,to bring out more potentials from designers,and to improve our ability more effectively.
