Research On The Implementation Path Of Copyright Securitization In China's Film Industry

Intellectual property securitization is the innovation of asset securitization in the era of knowledge economy,making intellectual property a tool for financing enterprises,which is of great significance to China's industrial upgrading.Film copyright securitization is a manifestation of IP securitization and has become an important source of financing for Hollywood studios in the United States,supporting the continued development of the US film industry.This emerging film financing model,film copyright securitization,is quite mature in Europe and the United States,but it has not yet begun to be truly explored and practiced in China.In recent years,domestic scholars have been paying more and more attention to the securitization of intellectual property rights.A large number of research results have analyzed intellectual property as a whole to analyze the specific issues in the process of securitization,such as risk issues and legal issues.However,the specific types of intellectual property rights,copyrights,trademarks,patents,etc.,due to their own legal nature and the characteristics of their respective industries,will inevitably present different characteristics in the process of securitization financing.This paper analyzes the particularity of film copyright as a securitization object.Through the typical case study of American film copyright securitization,it absorbs and draws on its excellent experience and uses traditional asset securitization.The basic model explores the implementation path of film copyright securitization in China.The first chapter briefly describes the research background,research significance,and reviews and analyzes the related research of scholars at home and abroad.At the same time,it introduces the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter introduces the basic theory of film copyright securitization,and analyzes the superiority of film copyright securitization in financing and the speciality of general asset securitization.The third chapter reviews the history of film copyright securitization in the United States,selects representative securitization cases for analysis,and refines the advanced experience of American film copyright securitization.The fourth chapter separately expounds the necessity and feasibility of the practice of film copyright securitization in China.The fifth chapter constructs the basic path of film copyright securitization in China from three aspects: asset restructuring mechanism,risk isolation mechanism and credit enhancement mechanism.The sixth chapter is summarizing and summarizing,and pointing out thefuture research direction.Film copyright securitization is a financing model innovation tested in developed countries in Europe and America.The development of film copyright securitization can effectively alleviate the difficulties of financing the film industry in China.It is of great significance to promote the development of cultural industry,carry out financial system innovation,and build a strong intellectual property country.
