A Preliminary Study On The Representation Of Fair Concept In Black And White Metaphor

ObjectiveBased on conceptual metaphor theory and body cognition theory,this paper explores the feasibility of the research on the metaphor of fair concept,and verifies the psychological reality of the representation of the fair concept of black and white metaphor.MethodsThrough the compilation and summary of the previous studies of metaphor and equity,the paper compiled a "Word Screening questionnaire" and selected experimental materials.Using e-prime2.0 to prepare and present the experiment,the experiment adopts the Stroop paradigm,with a certain color as a computer screen rendering background color,first show the gaze point,and then the vocabulary in the center of the computer screen,after the test of words to see the word meaning of the response,the fair words press f key,unfair vocabulary Press J key,with the color and lexical meaning as the independent variable,the reaction time and the correct rate as the dependent variable,and the SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis and test.ResultsIn experiment one or two,the interaction was not significant,the main effect of the lexical color was significant,and the paired sample T test results were significant,and the interaction between the three experiments was not significant,the main effect of lexical meaning was significant,and the paired sample T test results were significant in black level.ConclusionThe research on the metaphor of fair concept is feasible,the black and white metaphorical representation of fair concept is not completely established,but there is a one-sided representation of fair black and white metaphor,that is,there is a metaphorical relationship between black and fair concept.
