The Historical Changes Of Du Lake And Baiyang Lake In The Ming And Qing Dynastise

This article is based on Du Lake and Baiyang Lake,which are known as the "second most important" water storage treasure in the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the north-ern Cixi County of Zhejiang.lt explores and uses the book of "Re-engraving the Dubai Lake,Minghe Township,Cixi County",the book of "Reprinting the Dubai Lakes of Cixi County" and "Reprinting the Dubai Lake and the Second Water Conservancy Book" as well as local literature such as lacal records and genealogy,comprehensively examined the history,the water disputes,and the interests of the rehabilitation of the Dubai Lake.This paper systematically reviews a series of water conservancy litigation cases between the lake protector and the lake destroyer in the Ming Dynasty,and dis-cusses the reasons of the water conservancy disputes,the both parties in a law-suit of game theory,the judicial process and the result of the judgment,and analyzes the ef-fect and role of the local official,the gentry and the people in the process of protecting the two lakes.Through the analysis of the historical evolution of Dubai two lakes,lit-igation cases,and the development of water conservancy projects,it reveals how the various interest groups in the two lakes reservoir community have responded to the water conservancy facilities in the historical stage where people-land relations are tense,water resources are scarce,and environmental problems are outstanding.Wealth and create a sustainable development of the ecological environment.
