With the rapid development of social economy,the market competition environment of enterprises is becoming more and more severe.So innovation is very important.Innovation means more opportunities to stand out in the competition and become the ultimate winner.In order to innovate,people are the most critical,so for any company,it is imperative to improve the innovative behavior of employees.Through reviewing the literature,it is found that the current research on employee innovation behavior is mostly from the leadership level,organizational level,and less from the individual level.On the basis of social exchange theory,resource preservation theory and ternary interaction theory,through reviewing the literature,this paper constructs a work autonomy as an independent variable,and psychological accessibility as a mediating variable.Error management climate is a moderating variable to study the impact on employee innovation behavior,and according to the research model of this study,put forward the corresponding hypothesis.In this study,219 employees of enterprises in Shenyang,Panjin,Jinzhou and other places collected data through questionnaires.219 valid data collected were processed,and the following conclusions were drawn by descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of SPSS25.0:(1)Employees' job autonomy can significantly and positively predict employees' innovative behavior.(2)Employees' job autonomy can significantly and positively predict employees' psychological availability.(3)Employees' psychological availability can significantly and positively predict their innovative behavior.(4)Employees' psychological availability plays a mediating role between job autonomy and innovative behavior.(5)Error management climate can significantly and positively predict employees' innovative behavior.(6)Error management climate plays a moderating role between employee's work autonomy and employee'sinnovative behavior.Through the above results,we can know that the organization can improve the innovative behavior of employees by cultivating their work autonomy,improving their psychological availability and creating a good error management atmosphere,which is of great significance for enterprise management.
