A Study On The "Choking" Singing Method Of Jidong Shadow Play

Jidong Film Opera is the most representative one of the Northern Film Opera.It is also known as "Leting Opera","Luanzhou Opera" and "Lao Li Opera" because it is characterized by the language rhyme of Hebei Leting and Luanzhou areas.It is a comprehensive art with exquisite carving technology,dexterous manipulation skills and lyric singing music.Because of the influence of regional dialect,Jidong shadow play not only has its unique singing style,but also has a unique singing skill-choking voice.Voice choking refers to the way in which an actor controls the pitch timbre by holding his finger in his throat while singing,so that the voice produced has a special charm and can be integrated with the characters and actions in the movies.By means of field work and literature analysis,the author investigates the regional characteristics and development status of Jidong Film Opera,feels the unique charm of the artistic form of choking singing in Jidong Film Opera,deeply understands the singing characteristics and development status of Jidong Film Opera from an intuitive point of view,and interviews local filmmakers to elaborate the technical principles and practical application of choking singing in Jidong Film Opera.Questions in question.The full text is divided into three chapters: the first chapter is an overview of Jidong Film Opera,elaborating from the origin,regional characteristics,development status of Jidong Film Opera;the second chapter is the technical research of Jidong Film Opera’s "choking" singing,respectively,from the meaning of choking,sound production principle,and the comparison with traditional singing;the third chapter is the application of "choking" singing method in Jidong Film Opera.In this paper,the application status,advantages and suggestions of chorus singing are discussed respectively.From a new angle,this topic carries out theoretical research on Jidong shadow play and provides a case study for the study of opera singing.
