In today's globalized international environment,English is no longer just a language,it has become an indispensable tool in every student's growth path.English learning is not only conducive to the expansion of students' growth path,but also can provide students with a polymorphic global perspective.The importance of English and the particularity of junior high school make it a common problem for every junior high school English teacher to make students learn English well.When it comes to talking about the English teaching at present,students with learning difficulties are prominent in Junior middle school.Therefore,this research starts with the investigation of the current situation of students with learning difficulties,analyzes the causes of the current students with learning difficulties,and then puts forward the corresponding transformation strategies.On the basis of relevant literatures on the study of students with learning difficulties at home and abroad,this research applies Bernard Weiner's attribution theory as the theoretical basis,takes 892 students with learning difficulties and 21 English teachers from 7 schools in lushan county,as the research object,and mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,interview and classroom observation.The research lets them fill in the questionnaires for teachers and students anonymously.In order to enhance the credibility and objectivity of the survey results and supplement and improve the questionnaire resules,this research conducts qualitative interviews with 15 students with English learning difficulties and 10 teachers.The author draws up the interview outline according to the actual situation of the students in the research site.When conducting the interview,the author uniformly adopts the standardized interview form,solicited the consent of the interviewee,and records all the interviews.The author observes three randomly selected classes for two weeks and listens to a total of 20 classes.According to the author's observation of the classroom situation and part of the students to interview after class,the research has a more in-depth understanding of the students with English learning difficulties.The questionnaire conducts modeling analysis in three parts: standard GLM framework,multivariate anova model and multilevel model framework,and obtains some causes of students with English learningdifficulties.The interview is divided into two parts: students and teachers.Coupled with relevant classroom observation,the research draws a more comprehensive attribution of students with English learning difficulties.According to the survey results,the research divides the causes of learning difficulties into six aspects,namely,ability level,effort level,task difficulty,physical and mental condition,teachers and family,and makes a specific and analyze carefully.As for the causes of learning difficulties,the research concludes that there are six aspects in the transformation of students with learning difficulties.Firstly,it is to guide students to correct attribution,stimulate learning motivation.Secondly,it is to construct scientific learning methods and improve learning efficiency.Thirdly,it is to respect the student main body status,and create the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Fourthly,it is to change the concept of education and adopt diversified evaluation methods.Fifthly,it is to optimize teaching method,and implement multidimensional teaching strategy.Sixthly,it is to strengthen the linkage between school and family and unite the efforts of various aspects of education.
