The core ideology of elementary education reform is "student-oriented",namely teachers should pay attention to all students,including the students with learning difficulties for the sake of their development.With respect to the classroom teaching of China,teachers focus on the excellent and average students,spend more time and energy on them to gain a higher enrollment rate,but this classroom teaching method ignores the physical and mental development rule and the normal learning needs of the poor students.To some extent,the transformation of the poor students is long-term,difficult and complex.This paper takes the poor junior school students as the research objects,and attempts to put forward a more effective transformation strategy for the poor students from the perspective of the influence factors of learning motivation.This study adopts various research methods,combines theory with practice,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of transforming the poor students by referring to the related literature,and then forms the basic research ideas by combining the domestic and foreign researches.This paper carries out the research in six dimensions including valence,interest,objective setting,achievement motivation,self-efficacy and achievement attribution,and conducts the more effective transformation of the poor junior high school English students by comparing the difference among the students of different levels in the six dimensions and combining the related theories.The research conclusions mainly include:Firstly,valence,interest,objective setting,achievement motivation,self-efficacy and achievement attribution,etc.are the major factors which affect learning motivation.Secondly,the poor and excellent junior middle school students are not much different in the English learning valence,and both of them can realize that it is worthy learning English.Thirdly,there are some problems existing in the learning motivation of the poor junior middle school English students,such as less interest,fuzzy objective setting,external achievement motivation,low self-efficacy,negative achievement attribution model,etc.Fourthly,after adjusting and intervening the poor junior middle school English students in the aspects of interest,objective setting and self-efficacy,etc.,the periodictransformation of these students can be realized effectively.
