With the development of the film industry and the deepening of the artists' understanding of the characteristics of the film space,the film space has a substantial role in the film narrative has an irreplaceable position.Different space forms can give us different feelings,different space feelings,can cooperate with different stories,create different atmosphere.Different spatial forms can not only create different emotional atmosphere,but also encode,implant the director's ideas,complete symbolic metaphor design,and express higher-level themes.The first part of this paper,as the introduction of the whole paper,briefly introduces the research background,the significance and methods of the research,through the analysis of the theory of film space modeling,the content and methods of this research.The second part summarizes the concept and characteristics of suspense films,which mainly have three characteristics: rigorous narrative logic,multiple narrative means,unexpected ending and shocking audio-visual effects.The third part suspense type film scene space,people always live in a space,the joys and sorrows,life and death always occur in a space.In reality,we can't choose our environment space,but on the screen,in the story,space can be chosen and shaped.In order to create the effect of suspense and tension,the director often arranges the place where the story takes place in a closed space,which is conducive to the development of the relationship between the characters and the plot of the story,and makes the audience pay attention to the plot narrative and the shaping of the characters,thus rendering the tense atmosphere of the film narrative.Color is the most appealing visual language.As an important visual element of film art modeling,color plays a role in expressing the theme,depicting the characters,reflecting the transformation of time and space,creating emotional mood,and enhancing the atmosphere of the film.It is also a powerful artistic means to form the film style.In addition,the use of light for space modeling is also an important aspect of suspense.The fourth part is the narrative expression of the space modeling of suspense type films.The scene modeling is not only the material space on which the filmnarrative depends,but also the aesthetic space of the film art.In the film,narrative focus is divided into three types: zero focus,internal focus and external focus.In the internal focus,the narrator only tells the audience what he knows from his own perspective,and the audience gets as much information as the character.In the micro film "The Island Mystery",the audience saw a series of confusing things happened in my aunt's house from the perspective of dong sheng.This fixed narrative perspective ensures a clear narrative line for the film,and also creates psychological effects such as fear and doubt for the audience.Scene frame is also an important part of space modeling.It is the most critical link in the process from the real space to the story space.Fifth part will combine micro film "The Island Mystery" creative practice and cases,using the related theory of literature and art and film theory to analyze types of suspense movie space design,first of all types of suspense films,to summarize the concept,characteristics,combining the theory of film from the scene,the space of color,light three dimensions were analyzed to reveal the importance of scene space for suspense film,and then the suspense in the space of film and television production and modelling of the related laws and methods.
