Latin dance is an athletic sport that is difficult to perform beautifully. In the proc ess of Latin dancing, accompanied by the constant changes of dance steps, the body c enter is also in a state of constant movement. If the stability of the dancer's ankle stren gth is poor, the dancer's performance of the completeness of the limb movements and the aesthetic feeling of the movement technology will be affected. Therefore, ankle st ability training becomes the key content in the learning process. This requires a set of effective training plans and appropriate training methods for learners in accordance wi th their age characteristics.Taking 30 Latin dancers aged 7-9 in Mingfang Dance Art School of Dongguan C ity as the research object, the author collects the training methods of ankle joint streng th for them in peacetime.According to the characteristics of children's physical functi on and the technical basis of children, the author mainly adopts the experimental meth od,from the angle of ankle joint strength training, and according to the guiding ideolo gy of the training method of enhancing ankle joint strength with the weight-bearing be lt,screens out the training methods of ankle joint strength.Principles, the selection of ankle strength training methods, from which to find the most effective training metho ds.In the course of the research, the author consulted the experts in this field. On the advice of the experts, they set up the load-bearing band group and the no-load band gr oup respectively. The experimental results of these two groups were analyzed by statis tical method, and the best way to promote the increase of ankle strength of 7-9 year-ol d Latin dance learners was to grasp. The purpose of this study is to explore how to ma ke ankle strength training of 7-9 year-old Latin dancers safer, simpler and more opera ble. After 11 weeks of experiment, the influence of weight-bearing band training meth ods on ankle strength of 7-9 year-old Latin dancers was reflected by comparing the an kle strength evaluation index with the dancer's skill level evaluation index. The follow ing conclusions are drawn from the experimental study:1.After 11 weeks of experiment,it was found that the ankle strength indexes of t he experimental group had been greatly improved. There were significant differences before and after the experiment, especially the four indexes of the two feet stand up,st and up and rotate, split leg jump and jump, which had very significant improvement. This indicated that the strength endurance and fast strength of the dancers' ankle joint had been greatly improved, indicating that this training method was effective. The method can effectively enhance the ankle strength of children Latin dancers.2.After 11 weeks of experiment, the ankle strength index of the control group ha s also been improved, but from the data analysis, there is no significant difference bef ore and after the experiment, indicating that the control group has no weight-bearing t raining method, and the effect of enhancing the ankle strength of children Latin dance rs is not obvious.3.After 11 weeks of experiment, the scores of the control group in the three danc es were not high, and the difference was not obvious, which indicated that ankle stren gth had little effect on the level of dance skills. In the experimental group, the complet eness and coherence of the action, the fit between the action rhythm and the music rhy thm,and the display of the foot movement technology were significantly improved.A mong them, the exhibition power of movement technology has been significantly imp roved, which shows that the improvement of ankle strength has a very significant role in promoting the skill level of dancers.
