This study consists of two parts: the development of college students' career motivation questionnaire and the questionnaire investigation.In the first part that the development of career motivation questionnaire for college students,firstly,the typical factors of college students' career motivation are determined by interviewing 10 subjects through qualitative research method.Secondly,94 subjects are selected from colleges and universities to further determine the rationality and generation of the selected factors through open questionnaire survey,and according to the results,the first-order six-factor second-order two-factor model of college students' career motivation is formed by deleting and supplementing them.Then,based on the theoretical model and the previous research to compile subject,and then the subjects are modified by the psychologists,the students majoring in psychology and non-psychology according to certain requirements and the prediction questionnaire formed.Thirdly,357 subjects were selected to implement prediction,through statistical analysis of the predicted date,the items that did not meet the statistical requirements were deleted and modified to form the formal career motivation questionnaire.Finally,based on the survey results of 913 subjects to further analyzed the formal career motivation questionnaire's reliability and validity.The second part uses the questionnaire of college students' career motivation compiled in the first part of the study,the “future time perspective” compiled by Song Qizheng and the “career decision-making difficulties” compiled by Du Rui to conduct the questionnaire survey.766 college students were selected from universities in Shandong and Hebei to conduct specific survey.Based on the test results,we systematically analyzed the relationship between the three variables and the role of academic qualifications in this influence.The study draws the following conclusions:1.The self-compiled career motivation questionnaire of college students' reliability and validity are good.It can be divided into two dimensions: internal and external career motivation.The former includes two factors: sense of achievement and matching,and the latter includes four factors: salary and welfare,working environment,interpersonal relationship and career prospect.2.College students' scores on future time perspective,career motivation and career decision-making difficulties are above the middle level;moreover,boys' future time perspective level increases with the increase of their academic qualifications,while the level of girls' future time perspective has no significant difference in academic qualifications;in junior college students,the level of the future time perspective and career motivation of urban students are higher than that of rural students,while the level of career decision-making difficulties is lower than rural students,and the origin difference in undergraduate and graduate students is not significant;among junior college students,art students have the highest level of career motivation and medical students the lowest,and among undergraduates,science students have the highest level of career motivation and literature students the lowest,among postgraduates,science students have the highest level of motivation and art students the lowest level.3.There is a positive correlation between the scores of college students in future time perspective,career motivation and decision-making difficulties.4.Career motivation plays a partial mediating role between future time perspective and career decision-making difficulties.5.Future time perspective directly or indirectly affects career decision-making difficulties through internal and external career motivation,which is moderated by academic qualifications: compared with undergraduate,future time perspective has a greater impact on career decision-making difficulties among junior college and graduate students.
