This practice report is based on the Chinese to English simulated simultaneous interpreting of Asia E-Sports,it mainly describes the simultaneous interpreting between Chinese team and Korean team in the League of Legends match of the 18 th Jakarta Asian Games.Like other professional simultaneous interpreting corpus,League of Legends competition also has its own special terminology.Based on the simulated practice,four chapters are included in this practice report: chapter one introduces the task background information,the task contents and requirements and the task features.Chapter two presents an overview of the interpreting process.In chapter three,the author mainly takes the simulated commentary interpreting on the spot as the analysis object of this report,and analyses the problems that may arise in simultaneous interpreting by interpreters under the condition of live media broadcast,including unclear logical structure,the use of terminology,high-level information,and unclear pronunciation.Meanwhile the author also analyses "MOBA games”(Multi-player Online Battle Arena).As an interpreting corpus,it has the characteristics of strong professionalism,fast speech speed and accent in some speeches.Then the author discusses these problems and characteristics,and draws the corresponding translation strategies and solutions,such as the paralleled training,the audience consideration,the strategy of run-on sentence,the use of non-linguistic tool,and the application of interpretative approach in live game.The key point is to discuss the translation techniques and methods of simultaneous interpreting of E-sports types.According to the practical translation strategy,improve the efficiency of translation.Finally,it summarizes the translation practice and puts forward the prospect of future study.
