Lin Rongsheng's Modern Green Landscape Painting Language Research

Green landscape painting is gradually replaced by ink landscape painting in its development process.However,with the development and change of society,people's attention to nature and desire for color bring a good opportunity for the development of green landscape painting.Lin Rongsheng is a painter who has made great achievements in the study of green landscape painting in the contemporary landscape painting circle.He not only pays attention to inheriting and developing the traditional Chinese painting theory and techniques,but also emphasizes the integration with western artistic ideas.In his paintings,there are many techniques dealing with the Western sense of composition,which is natural.Lin Rongsheng has his own unique opinions on the formal language and connotation of the green landscape paintings,as well as his own distinctive painting form and content,especially its color,which is praised as "the clarity without falling dust".The purpose of this paper is to understand Lin Rongsheng and his green landscapes from the visual and spiritual perception in an all-round way,and try to open up a new horizon and new thinking of Chinese green landscapes painting.This paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part introduces Lin Rongsheng's artistic growth process and the development of modern green landscape painting forms.Then it analyses and studies the formation reasons of Lin Rongsheng's modern green landscape painting language from four angles,and further understands Lin Rongsheng and his green landscape painting.The second part,focusing on Lin Rongsheng's excellent blue and green landscape painting cases,elaborates the formal language characteristics of Lin Rongsheng's paintings from five aspects: composition,modelling structure,color character,material performance and picture expression.The third part,starting from the connotation of Lin Rongsheng's green landscape painting,grasps the "spirit of returning home" in its subject matter and the expression of the artistic conception of the picture,analyses the deep-seated emotional content of the picture,and further understands the linguistic features of Lin Rongsheng's modern green landscape painting.The fourth part summarizes and explores the reference value of Lin Rongsheng's green landscape painting language to contemporary landscape painting,and brings inspiration and thinking to contemporary landscape painters in their creation.Lin Rongsheng's modern green landscape painting language has its unique charm.Studying its language form will undoubtedly bring new opportunities and breakthroughs to the development of today's landscape painting.
