The Decorative Language Of Klimt’s Paintings And My Creations

Gustav Klimt is Austria’s famous master of painting art.In the mid-1890s he used new methods to transcend his previous traditional expression techniques to form a new and unique decorative painting language.He has been searching for patterns and symbols with symbolic elements as his decorative language which is more modern and artistic.He used his unique symbolic symbols and deformed human figures to form his unique decorative style.This article mainly explores the content of Klimt’s decorative language and its personal enlightenment through the following aspects.Firstly,the case analysis method is used for analysis and summarization.Klimt’s use of decorative language is explained through detailed analysis of composition,modeling and decorative language.Secondly,the basic elements of the work are used to analyze the character characteristics of the works.Symbolic patterns,so that their painting features can be reflected.Finally,combined with their own artistic creation,I will talk about some difficulties encountered in my studying process of learning Klimt decorative painting and summarize the reflection and meanings he brings to my creation.
