The overall target of English course in compulsory education stage is to form the comprehensive language application capacity through English learning.Amid all the methods of achieving this goal, classroom management bears a significant role.A successful classroom management takes learners' individual differences, that is,differences of factor endowments into consideration. This idea coincides with the comparative advantage theory, which believes economic entities mutually benefit from the win-win strategy by utilizing their distinctive factor endowments that are individually different.Based on the above, the research questions involve:(1)What is the present understanding of English classroom management among junior high school teachers?(2)How to optimize English classroom management under the guide of comparative advantage theory?(3)What is the effectiveness of comparative advantage theory upon English classroom management?Accordingly, one of research methods is documentary analysis, which is applied to interpret both comparative advantage and classroom management. There is also questionnaire to get a knowledge of teachers' understanding and students' attitude towards the management. There is also interview to receive more ideas and suggestion from learners.Besides, learn analysis is adopted to compare English capacity between experiment class and control class. And experiment method is applied as well to conduct classroom management specifically from the perspective of comparative advantage.Since the applicative nature of this study, the author has conducted the experiment at the Second Experimental Middle School of Chengyang,Qingdao. The author picked out two parallel classes: class five as experiment one and class six as control one in Grade eight. On these bases, the study is divided into three periods: The first is pre-test in which all subjects of students take part in a formal exam of Grade Eight and the data are expected to be collected and compared. After that, questionnaire is conducted to facilitate observation chart in class and group arrangement. Then it is period of Experiment in which practical management is recorded in the form of self-management,interaction between teachers and learners respectively. The third period is post-test which is expected to supplement experiment results with questionnaire, interview and final exam officially organized by local educational bureau.Consequently, the findings of the study can be concluded from three aspects: misunderstanding upon classroom management does exists among junior high school English teachers and the stereotype remains to be eradicated.Alternatives with theory of comparative advantage such as group arrangement, task distribution, hierarchy of tasks and formative assessment facilitate classroom management.Additionally, this avenue of management doesn't only promote teaching efficiency but also cultivate capacity of self-management and sense of cooperation so as to development the key competency. However, restricted by the short time and the limited scope of subjects, more illustration and further analysis remain to be conducted to make this study more rational and more integrated.
