Culture is one's nation's soil for survival, also one's nation's spirits ligament for holding together. Culture power, melted in one's nation's vitality, ingenuity and cohesion, has become the most enduring key factor for one's nation's survival and development. Culture is not only a kind of mentality, but productivity. As revealed in the development of market economy and the experience of developed countries, cultural industry is also a kind of resource which can be managed, can play a significant role in a country's developing, which is crucial for one country to enhance its integrated power and competitiveness. Nowadays, all the countries in the world attached great importance to culture developing, which has been regarded as an important part of a country's development strategy. In China, surely our party and government did attached great importance to culture construction, but our country's culture construction has always been focused on spiritual aspect, as a result, culture's economic functions have been overlooked, all led to a lagging development of cultural industry. There are also lots of weak points existed in the cultural industry, as compared with developed country. In this text, comparative advantage theory of international trade has been applied, with an aim to analyze our country's books publishing business, journalism, audio-video publishing business, moviemaking, broadcast and television industry, network game industry,, advertising, meanwhile make a contrast between China cultural industry and Foreign country's cultural industry, then comes the comparative advantage and weak point of China cultural industry, pursuant to which, related development strategy can be brought forward to during the process of internationalization and international competition of China cultural industry ,with an aim to exert the comparative advantage of the cultural industry of our country.
