Drug addiction has an impact on the individual's physiology and psychology.Previous studies have found that drug addiction affects an individual's emotional processing ability. However,in these studies, the main concern is the impact of drug addiction on emotional processing ability itself.Although some studies have examined the effects of drug addiction on emotional processing and cognition, few studies have investigated drug addiction for associative memory of complex emotional stimulation. In addition to emotions, individual experience and memory consolidation have also been confirmed by previous studies to be an important factor affecting the individual's associative memory. On the one hand, drug addiction as an important individual experience may also affect the associative memory. On the other hand, the memory of drug addiction is hard to fade, and it has always been an important reason for drug relapse. Therefore,it is of theoretical significance to examine the influence of memory consolidation on the associative memory of complex emotional stimulation of drug addicts. In previous studies, researchers mainly resolved specific memories through memory extinctions. In addition to the memory extinction paradigm, retrieval practice has also been shown to cause forgetting of specific memories. However, few researchers have examined the effects of retrieval practice on the complex emotional stimuli associative memory of drug addicts. In response to the above problems, three experiments were designed in this study.Among them, experiment 1 examined the normal subjects and drugs through 2(subject type: control group, addiction group)× 3(items type: negative, drug, neutral)×(time interval: 15 min,24h)mixed design Addiction memory was associated withcomplex emotional stimuli before(15 min)and after consolidation(24 h).Experiment2 was based on Experiment 1,by 2(subject type: control group, addiction group)× 3(item category: negative, drug, neutral)×(retrieval type: Rp+,Rp-,Nrp)The design examined the effects of extraction exercises on the complex emotional stimuli associated with normal subjects and drug addicts before memory consolidation.Experiment 3 was based on Experiment 1 and Experiment 2,and passed 2(subject type: control group, addiction group)× 3(item category: negative, drug, neutral)×(retrieval type: Rp+,Rp-,Nrp)mixed design examines the effects of retrieval practice on the complex emotional stimuli associated with normal subjects and drug addicts after memory consolidation. This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The emotionality of the items will enhance the memory of the project itself, but will weaken the item-background associative memory.(2)Drug addicts and normal subjects have different results in the memory of the project, mainly because there is no difference in the memory scores between the normal drug project and the neutral items;and the drug addicts and negative items of drug addicts There is no difference in memory scores. However, there is no difference in the scores on the item-background associative memory.(3)Before the memory consolidation and the memory consolidation, the retrieval practice will be carried out,and the retrieval practice will promote the item memory, and induce the forgetting of the item memory and the item-background associative memory.
