Research On Han Dynasty Bronze Vessels Unearthed In Anhui Area

The han dynasty was the last peak period for the development of bronze wares in China.Later,bronze wares were gradually replaced by lacquerware,porcelain and iron wares.The characteristics of the development of bronze vessels in the han dynasty were obviously different from those of the three dynasties(xia,shang and zhou).China's han dynasty bronze vessels from the overall scope of a preliminary study,but specific to each region is very little research.This paper attempts to make a preliminary study of the han dynasty bronze vessels unearthed in anhui province on the basis of nationwide research.Using the scientific methods of statistics and archaeological typology,this paper makes a preliminary analysis and study of the unearthed bronze vessels of the han dynasty in anhui province in terms of the general situation,spatial distribution of the unearthed sites,vessel types,stages and combinations,ornamentation and inscriptions.The content of this paper includes:The first chapter introduces the present situation and problems of han dynasty bronze vessels in anhui province.This paper expounds the purpose and significance of the topic selection.In order to anhui area of the han dynasty bronze containers have a more clear research direction,a better understanding of the regional development trend.The second chapter is divided into two parts,the first part will be in anhui nearly 60 years of writing data filtered according to whether there is a bronze vessel,time for finishing clue to mining,to have bronze vessel unearthed from tombs carried on the system of comb,at the same time with the method of map tracing point,a place to grasp from the space,summarizes the corresponding distribution;In the second part,the han dynasty bronze vessels in anhui were divided into cooking vessels,storage vessels and lavatory vessels.The statistical method of histogram was used to analyze the proportion of the number of subclasses contained in the three major vessels and study the quantity rule.Bronze container into the third chapter will cook a boiler,storage,lavatory three,using the method of archaeological typology study,will be similar items according to the difference of shape,according to the class,type,type of segmentation,and make corresponding typology form,on the one hand is to facilitate the observation similar objects in different phase differences in shape,on the one hand is to facilitate the understanding of the law development of each type of bronze vessels.The fourth chapter is a study of the han dynasty bronze vessels in anhui by stages and combinations,which are described in two sections.On the basis of the third chapter,the combination and staging were studied according to the early western han dynasty,the middle western han dynasty,the late western han dynasty and the eastern han dynasty.The fifth chapter is about the archaeological study of bronze vessels in anhui province.The first section discusses the bronze vessels with inscriptions unearthed in anhui province according to the contents of the inscriptions and the locations of the inscriptions.The second section discusses the types of ornamented bronze vessels in anhui province according to the types of ornamentation,the places where the patterns are carved,and the implied meaning or historical background contained in the various patterns.In addition to the summary of the above chapters,the last chapter concludes with some problems the author encountered in writing this paper and the shortcomings of this paper.At the same time,the author hopes to contribute to the research of han dynasty bronze vessels in anhui.
