The Study On Virtual Community Of Music APP From The Perspective Of Interaction Ritual Chains

As an important carrier of human expression of emotion,music has gradually emerged with new functions and forms with the development of mobile Internet.As a rising star in the music APP market,Netease cloud music clearly put forward the concept of “music social” at the beginning.Through a novel design,high-quality music evaluation and a clear sharing mechanism,a large number of loyal users are gathered and formed a unique Netease cloud music community.In the framework of Collins' interaction ritual chains theory,using questionnaire survey,participatory observation and interview method to conduct the research.Firstly,based on the relevant survey data,the portrayal of the members of the Netease cloud music community is depicted.It is found that the two characteristics of the member of Netease cloud music community are the identity virtual and the diverse roles.Secondly,the four elements of the interactive ritual and the interactive process are described in detail,which restores the interactive picture of the Netease cloud music community.Thirdly,study the results of the interaction.On the one hand,from the micro level to explore the impact of interaction between members on the virtual community,find that the interaction within the community allows individuals to obtain emotional energy,strengthen the dependence on the group,and ultimately create group unity,and the group symbols are derived to form a communication mode that belongs to the community.On the other hand,starting from a macro perspective,we found that online social interaction can have an impact on real-life interactions.It creates a personalized spiritual space for individuals,expands the diversified ways of social interaction,and establish a bridge of communication for the offline extension of online relationships.Finally,focusing on the problems of spam flooding,user loss and low activity in the virtual community,it is recommended that community operators should encourage users to real-name and expand the song copyright library;community organizers should strengthen organizational management and carry out rich anddiverse online activities;members themselves should improve media literacy,consciously resist bad information,and actively participate in group interaction.From the details,we will discuss the solutions of specific problems,so as to provide a reference for the well-ordered operation of the music APP virtual community.
