Construction Of The Demonstration Area Of Xiamen Public Cultural Service System

In order to clear up the problems existing in the process of establishing the demonstration zone of public cultural service system in Xiamen,the experience gained is summarized,and solutions are sought to promote the replicability of the demonstration zone.As the first batch of cities to be founded,Xiamen explores and finds out the main problems that restrict the construction and development of public cultural service system according to the actual situation of its development,and conducts investigations to understand its causes.Through practical exploration and theoretical upgrading,it solves the main contradictions,so as to further improve the construction of public cultural service system for the whole.Countries of the same type can provide reference and practical experience.Sports is the main content and important carrier of public service.The development of sports resources such as community sports facilities,human resources and financial resources promotes the construction of demonstration zones of public cultural service system.As a long-term systematic project,the public cultural service system needs to be constantly improved and developed.With the rapid development of Xiamen’s economy and society,the existing public cultural and sports services can not fully meet the growing cultural needs of the masses.Therefore,the construction of demonstration zone of public cultural service system is of great significance to the development and planning of sports resources in the community.Taking Xiamen City in Fujian Province as the research object,this paper investigates the construction of public sports service system in 12 communities in six administrative regions of Xiamen,namely Huli District,Siming District,Jimei District,Tongan District,Xiangan District and Haicang District.Through the research methods of literature,questionnaire,data statistics,field survey and induction and deduction,this paper makes a case study of the construction of Xiamen community public sports service system from the background,current situation,existing problems and Countermeasures of the establishment of Xiamen National Demonstration Zone,and finds out the constraints on its development.The factors and reasons are analyzed,and then the experience is summarized and suggestions are given.It is found that there are some problems in community cultural and sports services,such as administrative problems,monotonous service products,lack of features in service content,investment and funding guarantee mechanism,etc.Suggestions are put forward on the construction of community residential committees,multi-party fund-raising for the construction of complete community infrastructure and vigorous propaganda,and the expansion of the impact of the work of creating demonstration zones.
