Square dance is named after many people gathered in the square.It integrates entertainment and performance.It uses collective dance as the main form of performance and entertainment as its main purpose.In 2015,the Ministry of Culture,together with the State Sports General Administration,the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Housing,Urban-Rural and Rural Development,jointly issued the Notice on the Healthy Development of Square Dance Activities,aimed at regulating and promoting the development of square dance activities.However,There are still many problems such as noise disturbance,insufficient venues,and insufficient management services in the square dance activities.In order to further effectively regulate the square dance fitness activities and promote the healthy development of the square dance fitness activities,the State Sports General Administration issued the "On Further Normalizing the Circular of Square Dance Fitness Activities" in November 2017.The notice clearly points out that the organization and team building of the square dance and fitness activities should be strengthened.The National Gymnastics Management Center of the State Sports General Administration and the National Dance Square Dance Promotion Center began hosting the National Training Course for Trainers in China's Square Dance in January 2017.So far,two training courses have been held in Sanya and Shanghai,Hainan.Due to the late starting time of training and the immature development of training,this paper investigates and studies the training effect of national coaches in Chinese square dance through literature,questionnaire survey,field survey,mathematical statistics and expert interview.Through the research to reflect the current training problems,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference for future training.The findings of this paper are as follows:1.At present,the training of national coaches in Chinese square dance is well carried out.It has received the attention and support of higher leadership departments.The teachers are strong,the training content is rich,and there is a complete training system and grading system.The training trainees come from all parts of the country and cover a wide range..2.Due to the characteristics of the square dance project,the age and gender structure of the trainees are uneven.The majority of the trainees are mainly middle-aged and elderly women.Most of the trainees do not have a high level of education.These have limited the students 'learning ability to a certain extent and affected the learning results.In the schedule,the characteristics of the student body were not fully considered,the convenience was not fully considered in the accommodation arrangement,and the teaching environment and facilities did not fully consider the student's learning needs.3.The objectives of the training course are too general and are not carefully divided according to the requirements of each level;The choice of training content is rather broad and lacks pertinence.The student's evaluation of technical course content is higher than that of theoretical course,and the arrangement of autonomous practice course is obvious.In the structure of training courses,the enthusiasm of the students for technical courses is higher than that of theoretical courses.In the structure of centralized training courses,they tend to focus on technical courses,and the independent practice courses are reasonable.4.The content of the training is based on a set of action learning and basic theory,which basically meets the needs of the trainees,but it ignores the training of the trainees 'comprehensive ability.In the course training mode,the concentration teaching can not fully consider the differences of the students,and the students are more inclined to divide the classes.
