"Tsinghua University Tibetan Bamboo Slips of the Warring States Period" has been published in eight volumes. As a work of the middle and late Warring States Period, its content was not affected by the burning of books in Qin Dynasty, and it preserved the original appearance of ancient books in Pre-Qin Dynasty to the maximum extent, which naturally attracted the attention and research of many scholars. The contents of Tsinghua bamboo slips are various, mainly involving poetry, congratulations, prose and other styles, which are of great value to the study of early Chinese literature.Among them, prose accounts for a large proportion, and most of them are narrative texts, which has the possibility of narrative research. The narrative study of Tsinghua bamboo slips can be combined with the specific cultural background and social environment of the pre-Qin period, the achievements of western narrative theory, and the traditional Chinese narrative methods to explore its narrative voice, narrative context and narrative time. The indiscriminate cultural background of witchcraft history and the bad social environment of ritual collapse and music in the pre-Qin period had a profound impact on the narrators of Tsinghua bamboo slips, making them present two narrative voices:on the one hand, the narrators of Tsinghua bamboo slips are only the recorders of historical events, not showing any ideological value, and exist in the attitude of the author(historian);on the other hand, they adopt multiple thoughts and are all familiar with each other. The ideology through the text secretly conveys its own emotional attitude and value orientation, which exists in the image of the narrator(historian).Reflected in the narrative standpoint, the narrators of Tsinghua bamboo slips adhere to the standpoint of describing history in a straightforward way based on factual records, while at the same time, for the purpose of taking history as a mirror and reconstructing value, they display the standpoint that history has the meaning of "son".The narrators of Tsinghua bamboo slips have changed their writing thoughts from writing straight to expressing their ideas. The Ideological Expression of the narrators in Tsinghua bamboo slips is closely related to their narrative situation. From the narrative perspective, the narrators of Tsinghua bamboo slips show the flexible use of omniscient perspective and limited perspective, and narrate through the whole book with the third person omniscient perspective, which greatly enhances the objectivity and fairness of the work and shows the characteristics of "factual record".In addition, the third person omniscient narration pays attention to the integrity of historical events, and obscurely conveys its value judgment by describing the history of events. In terms of narrative focus, the focus of characters and events and the setting of blind spots not only show the emergence of literariness in early works, but also reveal the value choice expressed by the narrator through historical narration. The external narrative form of Tsinghua bamboo slips always contains the inner spirit of factual record, criticism and statement. The narrators of Tsinghua bamboo slips abide by the spirit of "upright writing" when narrating history, but this kind of record is not a rigid and simple record of historical events.Projection in the narrative sequence, its use of narrative,narrative,pre-narrative and other ways to "reproduce" history, tracing the consequences, implying narrative logic. At the same time, the narrator regulates the narrative rhythm by means of outline, scene and ellipsis, which shows what events the narrator intentionally highlights and neglects, thus implying silent criticism and praise. This has exerted a great influence on the development of narrative literature in later generations.
