Xu Dishan's Religious Feelings And Literary Writing

Xu Dishan(1893-1941)is unique in Chinese modern literary with his religious feelings and exotic literary creation.Xu Dishan has been immersed in the atmosphere with religious ideas as the core all his life.He actively participates in religious activities,disseminates religious culture and receives the influence of religious culture imperceptibly.This paper attempts to discuss Xu Dishan's character and literary creation from the perspective of religion.This paper analyzes the relationship between Xu Dishan's religious feelings and literary creation from three aspects: "Xu Dishan and religious culture","religious culture and Xu Dishan's literary creation","Xu Dishan's religious feelings and cultural tide".By analyzing the data,this paper sorts out the relationship between Xu Dishanand Christianity,Buddhism and Taoism,and analyzes the influence of these three religions on the formation of Xu Dishan's personality,so as to analyze the relationship between his literary creation and religious culture.Through the close reading of Xu Dishan's text,the religious thoughts reflected in his literary creation are analyzed.Finally,put Xu Dishan's religious feelings in the background of the cultural tide at that time,discuss the causes of Xu Dishan's religious feelings,and demonstrate that under the influence of religious feelings,Xu Dishan's cultural character is open and shows unique personality.
