A Study Of Literary Creation And Psychology In Jin And Song Dynasties

Literature between Jin and Song Dynasties was an important turning point in the development of Chinese medieval literature.Literary writers in Eastern Jin and Liu Song Dynasties were influenced by the social background,political environment and scholar ethos of this period.Their literary creation and mentality were different from those in Han,Wei and Jin Dynasties.Liu Yu,from a humble family,established the Liu Song Dynasty in the Jin Dynasty.From then on,the humble common people stepped onto the political stage and broke the door-and-valve system of "no cold door of superior quality and no literati family of inferior quality" gradually formed since the nine-grade system in the Wei and Jin Dynasties.The nobles no longer monopolized the political power center of the country,and the humble common people began to enter the central position of state power,which not only changed the former dynasty's central position.Political pattern and power distribution also changed the literary situation and literary trend since Wei and Jin Dynasties.Therefore,this paper focuses on the literati creation and mentality during the Jin,Song and changing Dynasties under the social background of this era.The full text is mainly divided into four parts,the first part is the introduction,and then the first,second and third chapters of the text.The first part of the introduction is mainly about the significance of the topic selection and the innovation of this paper.By reviewing the literature and the current research situation in the field of the topic selection,we can grasp the literature research of Jin and Song Dynasties as a whole more macroscopically,and lay a theoretical foundation for further deepening and deepening the study of literati creation and mentality during the period of the changing Dynasty of Jin and Song Dynasties.?The second part mainly outlines the mentality and spiritual pursuit of the literati in the middle and late Eastern Jin Dynasty.On the one hand,the pursuit of tranquil spiritual heaven and earth,elegant and calm literati demeanour,on the other hand,the development of landscape pleasure and aesthetic consciousness made the literati in this period talk clearly and emphasize metaphysics under the influence of a more peaceful mentality,thus cultivating a unique elegant and unrestrained literary demeanor.The trend of exhibition has gradually changed from the peak of metaphysical poetry to theemergence of pastoral poetry.Tao Yuanming,as a typical scholar in the late Eastern Jin Dynasty,focuses on his unique "elegant" attributes as a starting point,respectively,to discuss his "elegant" life realm and creative style.The third part is a key chapter of this article,which analyses and summarizes the concrete manifestations and influencing factors of literati creation and mentality during the period of Jin and Song Dynasties.It mainly classifies the mentality of literati into four categories: 1.the enterprising mentality of actively entering official positions and wanting to make achievements in literary circles;2.the self-preservation mentality of prudence,fear,wisdom and self-preservation;3.the detachment mentality of pleasure in traveling mountains and rivers;4.the frustration of official career.The mentality of loving mountains and rivers.While analyzing the literati's creation and mentality,this paper further elaborates the reasons for its formation,and integrates its specific micro-factors into the demonstration of the formation of each kind of literati's mentality.The fourth part demonstrates the changes in the comparison between the literary creation of Yuan and Jia Dynasty,the most successful literary creation in the Jin and Song Dynasties,and the literary creation of the past.Taking the literati creation represented by Xie Lingyun,Bao Zhao and Yan Yanzhi in this period as the research object,this paper analyses and summarizes the new changes of Yuanjia literature,which are mainly embodied in four aspects: realistic tendency in landscape theme;return of literary creation from philosophical to Lyric tradition;pursuit of different creative individuality and aesthetic feeling of artistic form.After explaining the concrete manifestations of the new changes in Yuanjia literature,the paper further analyses the causes of the new changes and their positive influence on the later poetry creation to the prosperity of Tang poetry.
