The Study On "X Bujia" Concessive Sentence In Modern Chinese

This thesis makes a systematic study of "X Bujia"conscessive sentence in mordern chinese,which mainly express speaker's nonalignment stance,analyzes the semantic types of "X Bujia"consessive clause and the semantic types of transition clause in detail.On this basis,we discuss the semantic pattern of "X Bujia"concessive sentence,and find features of "X Bujia" concessive sentence through comparing "X Bujia"concessive sentences and "X shi X" concessive sentence.Study on "X Bujia"concessive sentence,on the one hand,can help to deepen the study of concessive sentece,on the other hand,can provide a reference for the study of stance.The first chapter is the introduction,including the origin of the topic,the research status,research methods and corpus sources.The second chapter is the semantic type of "X Bujia" concessive clause which is included in "X Bujia"concessive clause.In this chapter,according to the difference of aligned object in "X Bujia"concessive clause,we divide the semantic type of "X Bujia"concessive clause into two parts: the spearker's alignment of the reality and the spearker's alignment of the unreality.According to the investigation of the corpus,this chapter divides the speaker's alignment into three parts further,and divide the speaker's alignment into four parts.The third chapter is the semantic type of the transition clause which is included in"X Bujia"concessive clause.According to the difference of nonalginment objects and fuctions in the specific context,in this chapter,we divide the transtion clause into two categories: the nonalginment of the viewpoint and the nonalignment of behaviour.We also analysis the subordinate types of them specifically.In this chapter,we also discuss the rank sequence of the nonaliment.The fourth chapter is the semantic pattern of "X Bujia"concessive clause.From the respective of the syntagmatic realition between the concessive clause and the transition clause,we divide the semantic pattern of "X Bujia" concessive clause into four parts:"the alignment of positive situations + turning negative situtions""the alignment of negative situations + turning positive stiutions""the alignment of positive situations +turning another positive situations""the alignment of negative situations + turning another negative situations".We alse analyze the subtypes of the four situations in detail.At the same time,we also makes the statistical analysis of the use of the four patterns,analyzes and explains the choice tendency of speaker.Finally,we also study the progmatic motivation of "X Bujia"concessive sentence.The fifth chapter is the comparsion between "X Bujia"concessive sentence and "X shi X"concessive sentence.From the respective of the structure of the licensing difference and the semantic of licensing difference,we analyze the difference of the licensing conditons of "X Bujia"concessive clause and "X shi X"concessive clause.In conclude,this thesis summarizes the main point,innovations and indequency.
