In addition to geographical differentiation,the formation of the concept of tea area is influenced by humanistic factors such as technology tradition,life history and people's psychology.As for Fujian,the folk belief tradition of wizards and ghosts runs through the long history and deeply influences people all around Fujian.with the development of society,this tradition has evolved into a kind of tacit local knowledge,which lingering in people's mind and present in the form of legends,production technology and patron god worship.Based on the distinctive beliefs and customs of the tea cultivation areas in Fujian,such as legends,patron god worship and industrial technologies and so on,this paper discusses the social and cultural landscape of each tea cultivation area reflected behind these folk customs,and how these landscapes affect this kind of folk culture.On this basis,this paper taking the revival of the belief in patron gods as the breakthrough point,selects a typical case to analyze the social and cultural changes of the tea industry's economic transformation in full swing.
