Research On Endogenous Development Based On Local Knowledge

Industrial poverty alleviation is the key to targeted poverty alleviation and an effective means to drive poor households out of poverty.Refers to market demand-oriented development of unique industries with the help of local geographic conditions and other resource advantages.It can restructure the local industrial structure,promote employment,increase farmers' income,and promote local economic development.The well-known American scholar Scott mentioned that large-scale projects promoted by “external forces” are likely to result in the lack of participation of “internal” resources and forces such as local knowledge,custom traditions,local ecology and individual skills of civil society Doing half the result with half the effort,causing a huge waste of social wealth.Therefore,we must respect local knowledge and activate and encourage farmers to participate actively and autonomously.The research object in this study,Wangfu embroidery,is the local knowledge of the Tushiyetu area,"beginning in the palace royal palace,prospering among the people,and hiding in Shijing villages",it is a unique grassland cultural treasure.Wangfu embroidery is not only the traditional folk hand embroidery technique of the Mongolian people,but also one of the intangible cultural heritages in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The workmanship is exquisite and unique,with particular attention to stitches and lines,artistically displaying the local history and culture,and reproducing the essence of Horqin culture.However,with the rise of cities brought by modernization,these unique and local things are gradually disappearing.Reasonable development and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage in this area can not only develop local economic benefits and bring about sufficient economic development,but also an important means of protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage.From the perspective of poverty alleviation social work,this study focuses on the embroidering of Tushi industry local knowledge Wangfu embroidery.Through field surveys and interviews,it analyzes the successful experience of combining it with industrial poverty alleviation,creating a new road of embroidery poverty alleviation,and provides some other areas Related reference significance.In this study,through the support of industrial poverty alleviation policies,local knowledge has been greatly developed,the influence of local knowledge has been further expanded,and the development space has been improved,which has played a role in promoting social development.The suggestion is that local knowledge is an endogenous resource of a place,with significant regional and local characteristics.In order to effectively activate local endogenous resources,external input must finally be able to stimulate internal momentum for sustainable development.No matter what form of local knowledge exists,if there is enough attention,financial support,and social promotion,a long-term development platform can be obtained to promote social development.
